We hired Kilpatrick nursery to upgrade our landscaping. We've been in our home over 16 years and…read morewe had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed (tree/root overgrowth, flooding in the yard, visually unappealing). My husband worked directly with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. Once a plan was made they recommended other contractors to cut down the oak tree and extend our retaining wall, and repair our irrigation system. All three were excellent. The crew from the nursery came one day to take out all the old bushes (they worked very hard) then came back the next day to work their magic! By the end of the day, our yard was incredible! Another landscaper working across the street asked to take pictures he was so impressed! Their prices were very reasonable and their designs, plants and landscaping mulch and rocks were beautiful! I can't say enough about their service, work ethic, quality products and reasonable prices. Thank you Kilpatrick Nursery!!!

The outside help is not the people that you need to talk to. Go in the building in the back with…read morethe green lizard on it. The guy inside is respectful and knowledgeable. The people outside are hourly labor and don't know about anything price wise. Only take the advice from Tom inside. He will be able to answer any of your questions or concerns about the items they sell. The reason I am saying to ask Tom is because I went several times and the people outside were rude and gave unrealistic estimates like they were trying to get me to go away. They acted like I was waisting their time. So avoid them and talk to someone that knows what's going on.

Before tree delivery I asked what kind of warranty there would be given as it was a transplant. Jason said "as long as I don't come out and find it bone dry there would be a warranty." The tree has not survived and they are now unwilling to honor their word and make it right. On top of that, 3 yards of conditioned garden soil was to be delivered. Instead we received practically mulch with trash in it. The delivery truck also drove in our grass and left a 15 foot trail of diesel in our grass and all the way down the road. The grass died and had to be replaced. Stay away! Very very dishonest company.
