Evil Twin- Very Grateful for you

Lowe's was very bright, clean, and spacious. We had the best experience at the Beer Den with Cheryl. She is very knowledgeable, she's super sweet and you can tell she had a huge passion for brewing! Overall it was great to unwind and hang out !

Love Lowes. Clean and spacious. Can walk around with a glass of wine if you'd like. Theres a wide selection of lunch and dinner items to pick up if you don't feel like cooking yourself. Rotisserie potatoes etc. egg salad potato salad etc But what makes or breaks a store for me is it's staff. Everyone is super friendly. You never get attitude like they don't want to be there. You don't hear the staff whining like other places about breaks or schedules. They are always smiling. And this is the one place I've been to where they are not short st

Lowes is amazing! We stopped in to grab a bottle of wine. Lowes is unlike any other grocery store. It's conveniently located in the back of the Carolina Forest community. Prices are on the high end so don't expect to get a bargain. But the quality is unbeatable. They offer a new Gather 'Round the Table event each day which encourages community interaction through tutorials and classes. The calendar is located on a chalk board at the front of the store. You can purchase beer and wine from the Beer Den and sip while you shop. The store is well lit and very organized.

The first thing that we do upon arrival at a vacation destination is find a good grocery store. Yelp helped us find a local grocery store in Myrtle Beach named Lowe's. It is more of an up-scale grocery store. They even provide delivery to our timeshare! I was pleased to be able to find some items that I had difficulty finding elsewhere. One of those items was ginger root and another was red lentals. I also tried a pre-prepared lobster bisque soup that was delicious. The store is clean and nicely organized. They have a bakery and great fruit and vegetable section (see pictures) Again, there were fruits and vegetables here that I never saw elsewhere like a tomato bar made up of unique tomatoes. The staff was courteous with their charming Southern hospitality. Parking was ample. In all, although a bit pricey, it was worth the extra cost. Sale items helped the budget...

The first display upon walking into Lowe's, who by the way, share the same script 'L' in their logo design ad Lowe's Home Improvement Center, was a Cut Your Own Herb area. Scissors tied to a string with plastic bags allow for a snip and drop, very cool concept. Kyle in the deli dept came off very rude and brash but after a few words in reply, we were talking like old pals as he sliced away a few samples for me of some beautiful cold cuts. A dedicated sausage dept? Heck yes, a seafood department that caught my attention, baked goods with a mile wide southern charming smile and a sweet lady slicing green peppers in another department asking how I was and could she help me with my shopping endeavors. What a great level of customer service, clearly second to none, perhaps surpassing Chick Fila as to warmth and genuine customer care. Beautiful produce, well stocked shelves of items not Whole Foods high end, but takes Good Lion and Piggly Wiggly to the rack. I think they sell a nice array of beers as I caught a fleeting glimpse as I proceeded to check out where I encountered more fabulous managerial type employees.

I usually stop at Kroger, but my friend had to to do some family shopping. Iowrs food is usually a little more than Kroger but you can buy beer while you shop. As far as "buyer beware" goes, that is a bad combination, like drinking and gambling! But really, craft beer while shopping is an awesome idea. I will come with my friend to shop and sample beer. But don't trust it by myself!

Lowes grocery store has a beer den!! Life is good! Doing some grocery shopping and stopped for a Kentucky blackberry porter, very awesome. I hope I don't forget to checkout!

Ask the Community - Lowes Foods

Please, do they sell Boar's Head Deli meats and cheeses? Thank you for your time and attention in response to my question, Anne

    Yes. They absolutely do

Do they sell a lot of organic? also do they have a LOCAL honey? I have been looking forever for local honey

They do sell organic, but I don't know about the local honey. There is a farmers market held every Thursday on Carolina Forest Blvd. By the library. I have seen local honey sold there in the past.

Do you sell blue shell crabs?

Hi Stacy! Are you looking for steamed or live? We can special order these in for you. Just let us know by private messaging us your number/email.

**Review of KFC - 9th Avenue South, Myrtle Beach, SC - July 3rd Visit**…read more I placed a mobile order through the app and headed over to pick up dinner, expecting a quick and easy experience. Unfortunately, what I got instead was an awkward waiting game, a side of cold food, and front-row seats to an employee power trip. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't slammed. A few tables were occupied, and several to-go orders were clearly being prepared. I watched my own food being bagged--a chicken pot pie and some chicken tenders--and even saw my extra-large drink get poured and stickered. My app notified me that my order was ready. Great! Except... they didn't put it in the designated pickup window. Instead, the food was walked to the back and placed on an unheated shelf behind the register area--nowhere near where mobile pickup orders are supposed to go. This wasn't a one-off. Every mobile order I saw, including a DoorDash delivery, was set in this same mystery zone instead of the proper window. The DoorDash driver had to ask about his order, which had also triggered an app alert. That's when I decided to speak up. I said, "Hey, my app says my food is ready. Is it?" One of the employees, clearly doing her best to help customers, asked my name and confirmed it was ready. But then the real problem began. There was another employee--the oldest I saw there, and presumably someone who should know better--who looked directly at me and *ignored* me. Then, when the other staffer mentioned my name and pointed to my order, this woman literally said, "I don't care," and walked off. Not only that--when the helpful employee tried to bring me my food and drink, the hostile one *physically ran into her,* nearly knocking the drink out of her hand. It was not an accident. This employee was creating a hostile work environment and clearly trying to undermine her coworkers. The girl who helped me looked embarrassed and flustered, apologizing even though she had done nothing wrong. When I asked why the food wasn't in the mobile window, she looked over at the problematic employee--who responded with a grunt and a glare, and then slinked off. I live just five blocks away. By the time I got home, the chicken tenders were cold, dry, and chewy--as if they'd been sitting out for a while. The pot pie, however, was hot and picture-perfect. At least that part was a win. Bottom line: there was no reason for this experience to go sideways. The store wasn't overwhelmed, and I watched multiple employees hustling and doing their jobs properly--except for one, who seemed more interested in sabotage and control than service or teamwork. KFC corporate: if you're reading this, send in a secret shopper about an hour before close on a Thursday night. You'll see exactly who's causing the breakdown. That one employee is not only a liability--she's a morale killer.
