He was early to the appointment, and ended up spending about 3 hours walking us through the home. Doug also practiced good COVID safety. We were asked to limit the size of our party to ensure social distancing, and Doug wore a mask throughout the appointment. During the inspection, Doug showed a keen eye for details; he offered clear and detailed explanations; and he was patient and kind throughout. After identifying potential trouble spots, he always took the time to contextualize those issues and offer insight on potential fixes and costs. Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house.
