With the current conditions we are faced with, the counterman was experiencing a problem with the check machine. Instead of being accommodating to the senior woman, this guy wanted to send her out to another location instead of walking 10 feet to the machine on the other counter. This is one example of what occurs on a regular basis when I have come in here. The folks here need to understand what customer service is. It is no wonder the postal system is operating in the red!!

She doesn't wear a name tag because she knows everybody will report her. Useless sack of garbage. USPS can't do any better than this? PATHETIC. She's lazy, miserable, gross, and hates her life. Why the hell is she working a counter anywhere? Scumbag. The dude next to her was nice and very helpful. Poor guy has to work with this gremlin every day. I don't know how he does it.

Also, the same type of mail items get "lost" when it is outgoing; mailed from this post office. The postmaster tells me they are "sorting errors". This nefarious activity only seems to have happened in the past year.
