I really wanted to like this practice but after two chances I just can't. The two physicians I've…read moreseen were lovely but their office is horrible. I visited first in September to have my iud removed after waiting 50 minutes to be called back. Not even to see the doctor but simply called back for vitals. When he finally made it I said "I hope you were delivering a baby" and he said "I wish that was it". Ok! I was so flustered that I hardly asked any of my questions. I asked for him to call in some prenatals for me... he never did. Then I get a bill in the mail for $50 after I already paid a $70 copay. Turns out this was all an error and I was credited on my next visit. Still annoying. Fast forward to 3 months later where we are pregnant and I schedule my first appointment. Well a week later on New Year's Day I started bleeding with visible clots. It was the longest 24 hours ever to wait for the practice to open on 1/2 to see when I can come in. I called no less than 9 times starting at 9 am and no one was answering. I left a message and heard nothing until 1045 am. I had to call their Plano office (nicest lady ever who was so sweet and caring, btw) to get any sort of progress made. So I go in at 11, wait forever again but not quite 50 min, to see dr. Estafondiari who, was very lovely as I said. She was the only dr present so I understood that I had to wait. They do a sono and labs and send me on my way and tell me they'll call me the next day (a Thursday) with results and I'll come back Friday to check my levels again. Thursday rolls around and I'm patient until the afternoon when I call and leave a message asking for my beta results. I finally get a call back and it's pretty clear I've miscarried and the dr tells me not to bother coming in the following day for labs again. So it doesn't stop there. After my devastation the practice has the nerve to call me and see if I'm still coming for my labs. What?! I miscarried and we all know it. As if that wasn't enough I get an appointment reminder a week later about my upcoming sonogram appointment. WHY WERENT THESE APPOINTMENTS ALL CANCELLED!! I had a miscarriage. End of story. Please fix these problems because it's devastating to treat a woman who's suffered loss like this. I will not be back. What a shame for such nice doctors to have such a crappy staff.

I met Dr. Havemann who was able to review my HSG results and create a game plan for me. It was the first time o felt heard since 21 when I originally started my journey of trying to figure out why my cycles were so irregular and painful. Turns out I had stage 4 endometriosis and damaged tubes by the time I met Dr. Havemann. She referred me to Dr. Valenti to perform the procedure and I feel better now at 36 than I did at 26. We have met several times to discuss next steps and she explains them to me beautifully. I walk away feeling heard and seen and that is huge to me when finding a fertility team. We started my IVF cycle and mid way realized something needed to change. Even if IVF isn't successful for me I finally have my life back after getting my endometriosis removed and my damaged tubes taken care of this past year. The McKinney office is super clean and the staff is friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile from the financial side to the front office employees that check you in. My husband and I feel very taken care of and that we have a team of people who will do the work to figure the root cause and create a solution that we feel comfortable with as a couple. Dr. Havemann gave me my life back and that is something that 10 doctors prior to her weren't able to do! As a women I usually would here from OBGYNs that "I needed to work out more" "lose more weight" or "this could be a form of anxiety" How am I supposed to work out more when I have debilitating menstrual cycles? Thank you Dr. Havemann for knowing that I wasn't exaggerating my pain. Due to you listening to me I am able to exercise, be more active, and take control over my life now. I am currently down 60 lbs since December 2024 and that makes a huge different in living life!

If you look at google reviews, she's known to do this. That's a disgusting pattern. In all honesty, my last visit with her was difficult. I had a medical concern, was given false information by her nurses and had to wait 40 mins to see her. I paid for the visit and no treatment was given and she told me to come back but still charged me knowing she was sending me the letter. This is theft! I actually had to do a chargeback and was awarded the money back due to services not rendered. Very cold blooded, dishonest and selfish. The whole 9 yrs she was moody - some days moderately sweet and some just out right mean but I stayed loyal to her. I gave her 9 yrs and she threw me out like trash. At times I felt she looked at me as only dollar signs. Additionally, I had to wait 30-45 mins each time to see her - she triple stacks her appts I assume more $ for her. One of the worst doctors I've ever encountered and I've seen my fair share. She also has some rude nurses that are very judgmental and also moody. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. DEEP DOWN SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT $.

Moreover, the NP clearly offered me two medical procedures and did not even pay attention to my age or read my chart. TLDR: THEY FORCED ME TO GET A PAP SMEAR AT 19 YEARS OLD!…read moreThis place does not care about the consent of their patients. I've been getting my birth control prescribed from this place for 2 years. I am 19 years old and every time I have been to this place, I have not been treated well, and the staff does not communicate well at all. THEY FORCED ME TO GET A PAP SMEAR. I went in for my regular check up a few months ago to get a renewal on my birth control prescription. That was the only thing I scheduled my appointment for. I come in, they told me I had to get a "wellness check," in order to get my prescription. I told them that was fine, but that I did NOT want a pap smear because I hadn't been sexually active for over a year. My mom also coached me to tell them "no" if they wanted me to do a pap smear (but I was alone at the appointment). I told the nurse I didn't want to do a pap smear, and that my mom didn't want them to do that to me either. Well she tells me, "That's fine, we can cancel your appointment right now." Mind you, I'm already in my appointment, I've changed into the gown, she's like inspected my breasts and stuff already. I'll never forget how horrible and uncomfortable I felt when I knew that in order to get my birth control prescription that I came here for, I was going to have to have a metal device stuck up my vagina. According to the CDC website, Planned Parenthood website, and every single person and website i can find: YOU DON'T NEED A PAP SMEAR UNTIL YOU ARE 21! (unless there are extenuating circumstances). I have no STDS, unusual discharge or anything abnormal going on in my vagina. They knew this, and still forced me to go through an incredibly exposing and uncomfortable experience. I've never had a fear toward any doctors or nurses. I always trust them. But after this experience, I'm now leaving this review because months later I am still shocked and upset that they made me feel like I had to go through that. I always thought that if I had a female nurse, she is someone I can trust, be respected, and communicate with. Clearly not. I won't be coming back here and neither will my mom. This is not the OBGYN to feel safe and supported by other women.

The receptionists have no idea how billing and insurance work. Make sure you are triple checking the charges. You are going to be paying for a ob/gyn even though you will never see this person. You have to go online submit a form wait for the on call nurse to get to you and hopefully they will call you and of course this call has a charge.
