I responded explaining which areas of our home and yard I wanted lights installed. Lateasta obtained a satellite view of our home, circling in red what she understood I wanted. It was like she read my mind. What she circled was exactly what I described. Paid the deposit, secured an install date and time frame of 2pm-4pm. The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly! We could not be happier with the communication, efficiency, expedience and quality of work. We are now loyal customers and look forward to using other services they offer.

Josh did an amazing job stringing the lights and covered every inch of my house! Installation only took a few hours and they were always just a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. He warned me that he might not be able to get out to my house to take the lights down right after the holidays, but he surprised me and they were gone just a few days after New Years. Perfect! Can't wait to see what design we come up with this year.

Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. If you're like me, I don't want your partner to climb up on the roof, on a ladder that some guy from Home Depot said was " pretty good ", I would go with PNW Holiday Lighting.

We had 2 quotes that came in lower, but the product, warranty, and/or customer service didn't come close to Trimlight NW. Permanent Holiday lighting isn't cheap and we wanted to ensure the most life out of the investment as we could. Trimlight NW came HIGHLY recommended by multiple neighbors in our community and not one had a single bad thing to say about their experience and the service. We will absolutely be recommending Trimlight NW to friends, family, and more neighbors! He was so entertaining that I hired him for our daughters 6th birthday. He was professional, arrived ahead of time and was easy to work with. Most importantly he was super engaging and entertaining to all the kids AND the parents. Not only does he do magic, but he also does balloon animals at the end. I hardly had to do anything myself because all the kids (age 1-9) were enraptured by him for 90 minutes. Even when he's making balloons for one child, the other kids are fascinated. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.
