Didn't make an appointment they were able to take me immediately wait was only an hour and the price was good compared to everyone else i called around to. Fixed my windshield and I've had no issues since. If i have any further windshield issues I'd definitely come back. So, I'm taking off 2 stars. Everything I said before is accurate. However, I later found a couple of issues. (1) a plastic wire covering was left off of the wires from the headliner to the mirror. I found it later on the floor along w some small shards of glass (2) I found that the tool used to remove the glass somehow left scratches down in the rain channel/trough around the window. I had to touch up these scratches and it was a real bummer. read more

This place is great !!! Low prices and "high integrity" !! I have been using Low Price Auto Glass for many years. I have never had any issues at low price , but stuff happens. I called on Monday after I noticed a crack in my windshield I spoke with Hassan to schedule a day to have my windshield replaced and he said they were booked until Thursday and I had expressed that I had some free time on Tuesday and that would be great if they can get me in because as a business owner free time is scarce. So he said he would see what he could do and then he would call me right back. So he called me back and said that he thinks he can squeeze me in on Tuesday which was great. I arrived on Tuesday and me and Hassan did a walk around my truck for any damages because this is a brand new truck less than 10,000 miles on it. The windshield replacement took probably about an hour or so , I take the truck and drive to my house . I go around to the passenger side to take my things out of the rear of the cab to put them back where they were before the work was done and noticed three dents on top of the passenger side pillar of the truck above the windshield. I returned right away to low price and asked Mike to come out to look at these dents. On the way back there I seen a couple of reviews that claimed low price damaged their vehicles, and would not take responsibility so I'm thinking I'm in for a (legal) fight to have the damages repaired. Even though I have been going to low price for many years I just never had anything happen to my vehicles there and did not know what to expect. Mike said he would call me the next day because he wanted to look at the video from the shop and talk to the guys that did the replacement. The next day Mike called me and said he reviewed the video and spoke to his guy and the guy who installed the windshield said that he put his knee up there because he couldn't get all the way a crossed the top of the windshield with a continuous bead of sealant due to the ladder rack. Ultimately I took it to the body shop and had the dents repaired ,it looks great and low price took responsibility for the dents so I find it hard to believe the reviews of people saying that they damaged their vehicles and will not take responsibility, based on the honesty that Mike showed me!! Mike and Hassan showed great customer service, great honesty and integrity!! I recommend these guys to everyone!!! read more

I've done a lot of business with this location they are friendly and the location is very nice to go to had one by glass put on a vehicle they forgot to put on the molding for the backrest but they corrected the problem location. This location is not Central to the city so it's always been pretty difficult to get there's pretty far out but this location will come to you that's why that they're always busy. They are located pretty close to Pick-N-Pull so if you want to pull glass from the lot and then go there and install that's also an option overall this is a pretty good business and could people read more

I can't recommend this place enough. Called when they opened, got my car there by 11, picked it up by 12:30 on a Saturday. They were super busy, but very friendly and so, so fast! Had a broken window on the sliding door of my van. As in completely gone. They were able to get me in there that day (Saturday afternoon mind you) when everyone else I called said it would be Monday afternoon before they could get me a replacement part and installed. It was the middle of February and about 5 degrees. The glass was not tinted like the original but I didn't even care. Just happy to have my glass replaced that day. The man at the desk (Mike I think) was also who I talked to on the phone. They were quick and efficient along being courteous. They also gave me a better price for the job. Extremely unhappy with the professionalism of the staff, and quality of the work they performed. My windshield replacement was far from acceptable. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle, cut upholstery, scratched huge scratches in my paint in lots of places, left glass slivers all over my car, in my seat everywhere. They couldn't get my glass out because they didn't have the skill so they bashed it out and left the mess for me to clean and drive home in!! I was so upset I wouldn't let them touch my car again. The shop is in a bad neighborhood and very sketchy, dirty, the parking lot is full of glass. The management was horrible to deal with when a problem arises, they were yelling and cursing at us and the man manger actually grabbed my arm in anger. My windshield had to be replaced again after they did it because they did such a horrible job. They won't return my phone calls or try to resolve the issue at all. I have never been this upset with any business EVER!! I wouldn't trust this company at all. Save yourself and use safelite or anyone else!! read more
