They came to replace my windshield at my home and they broke the windshield wiper and didn't replace it or pay for the replacement. He just kept making excuses of we barely even touch the windshield wiper so I don't think it was us very low integrity for a business man. read more

Didn't make an appointment they were able to take me immediately wait was only an hour and the price was good compared to everyone else i called around to. Fixed my windshield and I've had no issues since. If i have any further windshield issues I'd definitely come back. (And they had cold drinks, a big tv to watch, and a comfy couch to wait on!) read more

Went for new windshield, left a mess on body, scraps inside. Returned, raining, leaking bad, Returned again, new seal. 6-5-25 sitting in driveway, leaking. Their excuse, some rust. But they have a lifetime warranty, what a joke. Get what you pay for. I will not go back. Almost $500 later, still leaks, Here I come Safe_ AG. read more

don't come to this place. leaks everywhere. this will be my third time having to come here. never come here. bad business and service

Johnny fixed the chip on my windshield quickly and he was very friendly. The price was the lowest in town!

So, I'm taking off 2 stars. Everything I said before is accurate. However, I later found a couple of issues. (1) a plastic wire covering was left off of the wires from the headliner to the mirror. I found it later on the floor along w some small shards of glass (2) I found that the tool used to remove the glass somehow left scratches down in the rain channel/trough around the window. I had to touch up these scratches and it was a real bummer. read more

Low Price Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

My daughter's car was broken into yesterday and there was glass everywhere. She has insurance but her deductible was more than the insurance estimated the cost of repairs. I called the usual big name companies and the cost was astronomical and none of them could come out the same day. Because of the damage to the car in the break in she couldn't drive it anywhere. A friend recommended this company and I am so so thankful. They came out to her and fixed her window for half the price everyone else quoted. They also offer a student and senior discount and she was able to use the student discount to bring the price down even more. They were quick and efficient and there is a lifetime warranty. Call them first! read more

This place is great !!! Low prices and "high integrity" !! I have been using Low Price Auto Glass for many years. I have never had any issues at low price , but stuff happens. I called on Monday after I noticed a crack in my windshield I spoke with Hassan to schedule a day to have my windshield replaced and he said they were booked until Thursday and I had expressed that I had some free time on Tuesday and that would be great if they can get me in because as a business owner free time is scarce. So he said he would see what he could do and then he would call me right back. So he called me back and said that he thinks he can squeeze me in on Tuesday which was great. I arrived on Tuesday and me and Hassan did a walk around my truck for any damages because this is a brand new truck less than 10,000 miles on it. The windshield replacement took probably about an hour or so , I take the truck and drive to my house . I go around to the passenger side to take my things out of the rear of the cab to put them back where they were before the work was done and noticed three dents on top of the passenger side pillar of the truck above the windshield. I returned right away to low price and asked Mike to come out to look at these dents. On the way back there I seen a couple of reviews that claimed low price damaged their vehicles, and would not take responsibility so I'm thinking I'm in for a (legal) fight to have the damages repaired. Even though I have been going to low price for many years I just never had anything happen to my vehicles there and did not know what to expect. Mike said he would call me the next day because he wanted to look at the video from the shop and talk to the guys that did the replacement. The next day Mike called me and said he reviewed the video and spoke to his guy and the guy who installed the windshield said that he put his knee up there because he couldn't get all the way a crossed the top of the windshield with a continuous bead of sealant due to the ladder rack. Ultimately I took it to the body shop and had the dents repaired ,it looks great and low price took responsibility for the dents so I find it hard to believe the reviews of people saying that they damaged their vehicles and will not take responsibility, based on the honesty that Mike showed me!! Mike and Hassan showed great customer service, great honesty and integrity!! I recommend these guys to everyone!!! read more

very professional service, fast clean and affordable compared to other companies. The manager, Mike, was very personable yet professional and explained what was going to happen, how the glass would be replaced and what I needed to do as far as removing the windshield tape and washing the vehicle. I would recommend Mike and his crew to anyone needing glass service read more

I've done a lot of business with this location they are friendly and the location is very nice to go to had one by glass put on a vehicle they forgot to put on the molding for the backrest but they corrected the problem location. This location is not Central to the city so it's always been pretty difficult to get there's pretty far out but this location will come to you that's why that they're always busy. They are located pretty close to Pick-N-Pull so if you want to pull glass from the lot and then go there and install that's also an option overall this is a pretty good business and could people read more

I can't recommend this place enough. Called when they opened, got my car there by 11, picked it up by 12:30 on a Saturday. They were super busy, but very friendly and so, so fast! I was charged what I was quoted; granted I didn't shop around much but it seemed reasonable for a car that's hard to find parts for. 10/10 would come back again and recommend to any friend that needed a window replaced. read more

Mike the owner told me replacing my windshield on my 2013 mustang was going to cost close to $800. I'm with State Farm and have a $500 deductible. Mike assured me I would get the remainder back. Just called my agent at State Farm to find out, mike put the claim in for $500. I could of went somewhere cheaper. I'm a single woman and I was taken advantage of. read more

I've been here twice and no one can beat their prices. Both times my car was in right away and I was in and out in an hour or less. Mike the manager does a great job and is very friendly. I highly recommend coming here read more

Had a broken window on the sliding door of my van. As in completely gone. They were able to get me in there that day (Saturday afternoon mind you) when everyone else I called said it would be Monday afternoon before they could get me a replacement part and installed. It was the middle of February and about 5 degrees. The glass was not tinted like the original but I didn't even care. Just happy to have my glass replaced that day. The man at the desk (Mike I think) was also who I talked to on the phone. They were quick and efficient along being courteous. They also gave me a better price for the job. I am very happy. read more

I've been here twice now - once to repair a cracked windshield and another time when my car was broken into and one of the back windows was smashed. Both times they got me in the same day I called. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The manager is friendly and helpful. When my window was smashed, there were glass shards everywhere and they did a great job cleaning those up. Best prices in Columbus area hands down. read more

Extremely unhappy with the professionalism of the staff, and quality of the work they performed. My windshield replacement was far from acceptable. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle, cut upholstery, scratched huge scratches in my paint in lots of places, left glass slivers all over my car, in my seat everywhere. They couldn't get my glass out because they didn't have the skill so they bashed it out and left the mess for me to clean and drive home in!! I was so upset I wouldn't let them touch my car again. The shop is in a bad neighborhood and very sketchy, dirty, the parking lot is full of glass. The management was horrible to deal with when a problem arises, they were yelling and cursing at us and the man manger actually grabbed my arm in anger. My windshield had to be replaced again after they did it because they did such a horrible job. They won't return my phone calls or try to resolve the issue at all. I have never been this upset with any business EVER!! I wouldn't trust this company at all. Save yourself and use safelite or anyone else!! read more
