Driver airbag light with driver in seat.

While Mr. Biggers has been fantastic to work with and consistently professional, my overall experience at this dealership has been disappointing. Steve in the Service Department has been challenging to communicate with, as he rarely provides updates unless the car is ready for pick-up. Allen Russell in Service often appears busy and relies heavily on Steve. Although another representative, also named Allen, tried to help, by then, the situation had escalated. In June 2024, we brought my daughter's used Altima in to get a new key fob (since it came with only one). After a three-hour wait due to software issues, we left with the new fob--but with a new airbag warning light that wasn't present before. When we returned the car to the dealership in June for this airbag light issue and an A/C problem (covered under the extended warranty), we were told the airbag issue was a coincidence. They fixed the sensor, and although they claimed the A/C was fine, it was cooling again but was still unresolved. In late August, we returned for a more specific A/C issue, describing in detail how the air was blowing at our feet instead of from the vents when set to face level. It seems you need to be highly descriptive for the Service Department to understand the problem fully. Finally, after over a month, we got the car back in early October. However, it came with new issues: missing screws, a loose prop rod, grease on the upholstery, both airbag lights on (which were not on before), and a completely dead battery after only two uses. At least the A/C was finally fixed. Returning again, they addressed the screws, prop rod, and upholstery. Today, they simply cleared the airbag codes and handed the car back, assuring us it was "good to go," which didn't inspire much confidence. The battery issue was ignored entirely, leaving us to buy a new battery, presumably because the car doors had been left open throughout the five-week service period. Due to this experience and unresolved issues, we won't be returning.

Parts left under the hood by mechanic

I remember when my father took his new car I for service it was vacuumed floor mats and seat covers put on ....not today. These guys hired DEI mechanics that need to be codeled and patted o the back for the crappy work they do. After 3 visits for the same problem watching the mechanic throw fits, I watched him actually threw my engine cver under the hood not bolting anything back on, and sent it out to me as finished. I opened my hood and told them to bring the mechanic out to bolt it on properly, another mechanic came out apologized when bolting it on. I spoke with the owner who told me to give them another chance ,he said that mechanic was in the wrong and he was talked to about this....I agreed to bring it back they refunded one of the my diagnostic fees, they charged me each time for the same issue a broken hose, never took it for a test drive and then said it may be this or it may be that..... They have no clue what they are doing only following "Protocol"..... First visit they told e it was my transision and I need to spend $7,000.00 to get it fixed, I took it to another mechanc who fixed the initial problem and said I need the dealer to run a diagnostic. I did twice each time they said it was iether this or that and neither one was listed as a code from the computer diagnostics... yet they charged me twice. I finally took it in and they refunded one diagnostic fee and said the problem is a hose is cracked and they will fix it at no charge. I returned to have it replaced and guess what? I get better gas mileage now..... when I opened the hood a few days later I found that broken hose they took off under the hood The mechanic was lazy and should be fired for how he treats his customers.... Very disappointed with a business that treats their customers with such distain....

I looked up the part on line and it costs $200 or more not counting labor would probably been another two or three hundred. So I took the car to Loving Honda and had them to check it out. Turns out there were some hoses stopped up and the mechanic simply cleaned them out and it was good as new. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. It was at least three times lower than I was expecting. HERE'S MY POINT. We live in a society where integrity is almost a thing of the past. Most repair places would most likely have replaced the canister and charged me the full price for the job - and I wouldn't have known any different. But the guys here took care of the problem in a straight-up manner and only charged for what was actually needed, I applaud them for that! Having integrity in your business model can only bring more business and these guys have that! If I lived in east Texas this place would have all my vehicle business, and that's a fact! Kudos to everyone there!!

He made the process as easy as possible and answered every question. I went to many different Hondas to get the best price for my money and Loving Honda was the best priced by far beating everyone out there and giving incentives. No matter where you live, they will work with you. Having my daughter's 2026 Honda Civic delivered to her was a wonderful experience that was greatly appreciated. Making a deal from the comforts of my home has made me a loyal customer and would recommend this dealership to everyone. What I got form Loving Honda: Great customer service, the best price, incentives, and no hassle!
