Staff have been extremely rude and dismissive on multiple occasions. They are frequently on their phones or involved in personal conversations while customers are waiting. We've literally sat there watching our pizza get cold while employees finish their conversations instead of attending to customers. I always go out of my way to be kind to people in the service industry because I know it's a tough job and that not everyone is nice. That's why it's especially disappointing to be treated this way when we're simply trying to order food. On one visit, a girl working behind the counter was having a very loud conversation about how her boyfriend had pulled a gun to her head. Regardless of the circumstances, that is an extremely inappropriate conversation to have openly in front of customers. We have been loyal customers and order at least once a week, but enough is enough. Between the rude attitude, employees being on their phones, letting food sit while they finish conversations, inappropriate conversations, and lack of cleanliness, we've had enough.
