Chagall and Bodhi, two rescues from loving all animals
    Matteysmom L.

I can't say enough in support of Loving All Animals. We have adopted three rescues from them and they are wonderful dogs. LAA Takes great care in rescuing mostly small breed dogs and cats from kill shelters and those found on the streets, get them any needed medical care, vaccinations, grooming, And matches their pets with prospective owners who are a good fit. They don't just adopt out dogs to anyone. They want to be sure that both owner and pet are compatible. The staff at LAA are outstanding, From Tracey and Janet who find and place the rescues And run pet adoption events, to Mary Coor and Lynne Lockwood who handle fundraising and events, to Michael Phips-Russell, the executive director, Rachelle Sykes, Bill and Silver Martin and other fabulous volunteers. There are many pet adoption groups to choose from, and I appreciate them all. But I chose a LOVING ALL ANIMALS as my designated charity for my pet fest business, Mattey's Mutts of Palm Springs. Www.matteysmutts.com. And since recently acquiring and modernizing a shelter to call their own in Coachella, they can rescue and place more dogs in forever homes and continue to foster some in the interim.

This shelter is the real deal! The staff loves these sweet animals and wants to find their forever homes! It was a wonderful experience adopting our sweet dog from them! They are very honest and above board! We would recommended adopting through them anytime! Five stars!!!!

The staff at LAA was incredibly supportive in introducing Milo to us. Since our foster weekend, Milo has captured our hearts.

The dog was neutered, microchipped, fully vetted, came with a bed, harness, food - anything he might need for $300.

Out here in Palm Desert we are fortunate to have some truly wonderful small businesses…read more Many of us in Sun City Palm Desert (9,000 or so residents) can be seen in our golf carts with poodles, Havanese, chiweenies, boxers, maltese, king charles spaniels, westies, greyhounds, and mixes of all of the above. We have three senior rescues who love their treats. One has a kidney condition, so she has a special diet. On Wednesday, I stopped in to Pet Oasis for the first time. We needed a little bell for our little blue heeler/GSP mix who is now deaf, so that I can hear when she is around my feet and I can keep from falling over on her. Jeannine helped me find the perfect bell plus the most amazing and reasonably priced soft treats for these old doggies. The store is gorgeous, and to a pet owner, a lot like Christmas morning. Toys, feeding pads, beds, climbers, jackets, and all kinds of colorful accessories will catch your eye. It is just a beautiful place! There is a wall full of various refrigerated meals, including one special kidney support product that appealed to us for our darling patient. There are many, many soft treats, vegan treats, and broths of several kinds. I found one amazing turkey bone broth which is kombucha inspired. This is the kind of store where I "run in to buy a couple of things" and then carry a shopping bag full of goodies. Maybe I need a secret checkbook and title the purchases "essentials". I was headed out to my husband's physical therapy session and it was a bazillion degrees outside so I left my items with Jeannine and her coworker where they'd remain cool until Incould return after. The three dogs were thrilled to get the lamb treats and the fish when we got home. Little Annie, now wearing her cat bell, gobbled up her prescription food from the vet's office which also had the broth on top. I found the prices reasonable and the assortment of flavors, whether raw or air-dried, to be extensive. My own human food cabinet is way less appealing than is their special treats drawer. Knowing Pet Oasis is here right down the street is fantastic. The people are welcoming and knowledgeable. Love for pets is in the air here. I guess I can manage to eat my broccoli frittatas and black beans every day so we can bring an appealing culinary experience to these rascals and sneak in to Pet Oasis for new surprises. "Are they spoiled" you ask. Yes they're spoiled. Little alarm clocks watching for meals and snacks in their bellies are never wrong, am I right? You can find us on the third tee greenbelt at Mountainview Golf Course, sitting on a bench on the hillock, mostly every morning, sharing treats from Pet Oasis, listening to podcasts, and smelling all the smells.

Thank you, Danny!…read more This was our very first time getting a fish as a pet. When my husband, our two daughters, and I visited the Petco Indio near WinCo, we honestly had no idea where to begin--tank, fish, supplies... everything was new to us. My husband asked for help at the front desk, and we were lucky enough to meet Danny. We didn't even realize until near the end that he is the General Manager. From the very start, he was incredibly kind, patient, and enthusiastic. He explained every single detail and answered all of our beginner questions without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. When he learned this was our first time buying a fish, he smiled and said, "Let's make it more exciting--I love this." And he truly did. He helped us choose a 10-gallon tank, two fish, and all the decorations, guiding us carefully through every item. I honestly felt bad asking so many questions, but Danny never once made us feel that way. Instead, he made the experience fun, welcoming, and unforgettable. Thank you, Danny, for making our family's first pet day so special. My daughter knows your name by heart now--and that says everything.

She recommended many brands and specifically one brand and it worked perfectly. My dog hasn't had any problems since then and recently, my cat has been having stomach issues. I went in and asked for Jordan and for some reason she's not there so a manager named Danny M was there I asked him about my problem with my cat, and if he recommended any specialty cat products, he had no clue what he was talking about. He didn't know about the brands of cat food. He was trying to hand me over to another employee grace. She was a little bit better, but Danny had no clue what he was talking about. I don't know how he is a manager and running that store. He has no clue on products or any type of animals probably not going back

Jaimee D has developed a wonderful relationship with Kermit and he looks forward to his visits with her. He has an extra curly coat and Jaimee D works out all of his matted corners without skinning him to the nubs. He gets a fresh cozy teddy bear cut each time, which grows out beautifully. This allows us to go extra long between cuts if we want to enjoy his full coated look for a month or so! We love that PetSmart and Jaimee D. are there for our grooming needs and that our little boy is happy going in and full of spunk coming home. Affordable prices and quality grooming products used!!! In response to reviews that state prices are out of control: We book online and the price is ALWAYS as stated. No surprises! It never takes longer than estimated. Today we dropped him off in the morning and we're called within the estimated time 2-2.5 hours.

I brought the two shih tzus in for a last minute cut, and I was floored by Jessica's customer service, patience, and attention to detail. Emmett, my anxiety dog, will never walk for anyone else unless I am right next to him. When Jessica went to take him back, he did initially put on the breaks, and then Jessica encouraged him...which, to my complete surprise, worked!! He trotted right back with her! Jessica let me know it would be about 3-4 hours for them to be done, and it was like clockwork. When I picked them up, I could tell that they had been well cared for, and they also looked fantastic. Jessica helped me to completely changed my opinion of the La Quinta grooming salon. We'll definitely be back!
