We wanted to sit and look at the Lovesac couches (Sactionals) I am going to say these couches (Sactionals) are expensive but super functional. The storage inside is a great idea, but of course that cost extra and being able to wash the covers is great too. Later on, you can just change the covers out for a different color or just a new cover set. You can also add more pieces whenever you want too. The possibilities are endless. The gentlemen named Ian was super helpful and knowledgeable on the products he is selling. (Thanks Ian) We really like the couches(Sactionals) and the way you can move them around for your different needs. We went to look at more living room furniture at other stores and WOW, all furniture prices are outrageous this days. We are still thinking about purchasing these Sactionals. For the price I cannot recommend this at all. We spent $6500 on a couch with the down back cushions. Every time you sit on the couch you feel the boards in the back and the boards on your butt. Pretty unacceptable for the price read more

This store is awesome! Lovesac is not just a fun store with a fun name -- It has so much great stuff, so many design choices and a great sales staff to help you navigate the store and make your choices. Don't be fooled by the funny name - this store has something for everyone from a kids room to a college dorm to a well appointed living room. With some time to kill at The Woodlands Mall I ducked into Love Sac, more out of curiosity than intent to buy. It was my first time in the store and I was immediately impressed. The different sacs are very comfortable and so versatile. They have clever couches that can be put together to accommodate any room size and layout. You'll find both small and large "bean-bag" chairs and sizes in between-- there's even a rocker called the Pillow Sac (which is what I ended up buying). The fabrics on the wall aren't only ornamental but can be used to upholster your furniture. Customization is the name of the game here, an added feature I did not expect from what I thought was a bean bag store. The store manager (Tristan) helped me understand my different choices, showed me around the store and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed into buying or talked into anything. Tristan was so helpful and in such a gracious way - I was not expecting such exceptional personal attention and service. I returned to the store a day later and a sails girl (Rachel I believe) helped me painlessly purchase the "Pillow Sac" chair I had decided on, arranged to have it shipped to me in a different State (at no charge) and even registered it for the warranty for me. I really cannot express how Impressed I am with the customer service I received at Love Sac. And I am not easily impressed. All in all I wish I had more room to buy more furniture from LS but will keep them in mind when looking to re-outfit a future pad. Even if you're not in the market for a new seat, stop by Love Sac and check out their wears. You'll be impressed and well taken care of while you're in the store. PS. We had such a great experience here, all the staff is so nice amd really take their time to help you find what setup will best wirk gmfor you, your budget and your home. Tina helped us the whole way through and it took quite a while for us to decide firmly on what we wanted as far as how many sides, cushions, and what kind of seat cushion but she was so patient and so helpful. We love going back just to visit and see what deals are being offered to add more pieces to our collection. This store is located on the 2nd story of The Woodlands Mall across the way from Forever 21, they close at 9pm except for Sunday 6pm. We recieved everything in our order in about 2-2.5 weeks from the time we ordered so everything cane fairly fast. Also this store does give a Military Discount of 5% if you are active duty, retired or a veteran. If you're in the Woodla ds mall stop by and ask for Tina. read more

I have to admit, when I walked up to the Lovesac store and pulled at the door to open it, only to discover it was locked with a sign on the door stating they were only taking appointments, I was very upset. I may have even stormed off, stomping my feet. My husband and I came to the Woodlands Mall planning to see two couches in person. The Lovesactional and another couch on display at Macy's. On our way to Macy's I came to my senses and decided to give the Lovesac store a call to see if I could make an appointment for that day. The lady on the phone said they could see me right away. So, we turned around and headed back to the Lovesac store. Upon arrival, I was told we could not enter, but that I could dial Josh's cell phone number so he could answer any questions I had, while showing me their product. In the back of my mind I was thinking, "How am I going to decide to purchase this couch without actually sitting on it?" Josh exceeded my expectations and turned a sucky situation into something good. I was able to get a full understanding of everything about the Lovesactional that I didn't already know from my online research. Josh even humored me when I asked him to sit on either side of the couch so I could see how the cushions responded to his weight (which was incredibly helpful). Needless to say, we purchased a Lovesactional that day without ever going to look at the other couch at Macy's and we are more than happy with our purchase. What is the damn point of being open if you're not actually going to be open. My husband arrived to locked doors during operating hours. Two ladies approached us and spoke to us through the glass doors stating that we can have a virtual tour, meaning we can tour the store through the glass windows, and they can show all the options and selections. Well isn't that what ONLINE shopping is for??? I'm trying to feel and see what the comfort level is before purchasing a couch and the actual sac. We understand that this is a pandemic, but if you're not going to allow customers inside, then don't open or operate at all. It's logical. Who the hell buys furniture through a glass window without being able to feel the comfort of a couch. Much less, how TF do you expect us to understand each other if we can't hear, nor read lips through masks. Y'all dumb AF for coming up with this "virtual concept". This is a HUGE investment for anyone to be making, and to operate in such level is just barbaric! read more

The staff tell you one thing and the truth is another. I ordered a couch (sactional) from here and you'd think with how expensive they are you'd get good service but nope. Not only were staff I knowledgeable but they were also rude. The couch took forever to be delivered. Once I got the couch it was wrong. Putting the couch together took way longer than what was told to me. Also some pieces were firm and some pieces were soft even though I ordered all the same so the couch was lumpy. I was super excited about this brand and looked forward to it for a long time. For the price I paid it was NOT worth it. Wish I would have just bought an ikea couch for the quality I got. read more

I had to absolutely mention Joshua, the manager at the Woodlands location. He's a gem! It all started one Saturday night when I received an email about a one day flash sale. I tried ordering it online but I was having technical difficulties with my WiFi so I called the Galleria location at 8:30pm. Nobody answered several times. So I called the Woodlands location and Joshua answered. He explained that tonight they were closing at 10pm instead of 9pm due to the flash sale (biggest sale-free covers). He said he would wait for us even if doors were locked to the mall, and reassured us that if we called him, he would unlock them. We hopped in the car and drove from Cypress to the Woodlands. 5 min before we got there we called to give him the heads up that we were almost there since it was 9:50pm. He said no worries and told us where to park. We finally parked and Joshua greeted us at the entrance of the mall to walk us directly to the Love Sac store since the mall was technically closed already. Now that is service!! He helped us with the order and we got out of there shortly after. Bravo to Joshua for saving the sale at the nic of time and helping us save almost $4K on our purchase with the flash sale!! I have never received that type of service for any of our home purchases. My husband and I felt that Joshua had to be recognized for going above and beyond, and allowing us to ruin his Saturday night by making him stay late. He probably didn't leave until after 11:00pm. Thank you Joshua! P.S. we received our 8 & 10 piece sactional and love sac all within one week of ordering it. It took the two of us over 6 hours to unbox, and put everything together. LOVE THIS STORE!! All of the employees are extremely helpful and always provide excellent customer service. My husband and I purchased a Sactional today and our experience was flawless! Making a big purchase can sometimes be stressful, but Trae, Clay, and Ash made us feel extremely comfortable and made sure to answer any questions we had. Trae even printed out the floor-plan for our apartment to make sure everything would fit correctly, while also offering us suggestions on how to arrange everything to maximize our space. While we were waiting for everything to be finalized, Clay went to Auntie Annie's and bought everyone a drink OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET! Yesterday I went to Lovesac to look at the prices because I thought it would look great in my room but as soon as I walked in with my two friends I immediately felt not welcome the lady told us that she would let us be there for a few minutes but then we would have to leave. I had actually thought about buying one but after experiencing that terrible service I will not be back. The staff greeted us the moment my wife and I came into the store and informed us that he'd help us out the minute he was done with the current customers he was with. Not only was the visit pleasant...they sold us on the 4x4 configuration AND stayed within our budget! My wife and I had been shopping around the woodlands mall and just happened to come into this store. I laid on the sactional at the front display and instantly knew I had found my couch. It was amazingly comfortable. But this was just the beginning. I had no idea at what the product actually did I just thought it was a couch then the sales associate trae, started to show my wife and I all of the possible combos this couch could turn into. It was mind blowing. Trae was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had and even a few follow ups I had after leaving. I am now proud to say that we finally were able to purchase the couch we wanted! So if you are in the area and want to change the way you look at your couch stop in and ask for trae. My fiancé and I were registering for our wedding and giving our family members some ideas of gifts we might like... From the moment he and I walked in the employees were giving us dirty looks, and when we asked questions they spoke to us as if we were ignorant. For example my fiancé asked, does this piece go with the sack? And the ridiculously rude lovsac employee blatantly ignored his question by saying that is $600 in a condescending manner... So as he repeated his question she before he even finished speaking she blurts out both pieces are $1000 but she said its $1000 all together ... All the while the look on her face was sour and disapproving... I am in the customer service industry and I normally do not write bad reviews on people, but in this case I couldn't leave this alone and needed to express my concern for such complete disrespect to a consumer!
