She picked a tempur pedic mattress and because of Labor day specials she got this mattress on sale, $300 to use towards whatever she wanted right then and there too and a free pillow. Plus through their financing, my daughter got zero interests for like 72 months with a monthly payment of 80 something bucks a month. I looked at Helix's website and they told me Mattress Emporium carried their brand so I thought I'd go down there and try them out to see which was the best fit. Chris was very friendly when I entered and got me setup right away so I could try out the mattress. The midnight was perfect and felt so much better than my current mattress. Not only was I able to get the one I wanted but Chris was able to order it for me directly from Helix and got me a better deal by using their frame and free delivery/installation. Chris was great about staying in touch and they delivered my mattress within a day of getting it, they installation team was very professional and got it done quick and clean. Robert deserves 0 star for customer service…read more We recently bought 2 mattresses from Robert at Box Drop. He clearly told us that the basic mattresses come with 30 day warranty in which we were ok with. Within 4 days, both mattresses sink. 4 DAYS. We brought up the issue to him and he refused to take responsibility. He said that he cannot take them back as he operates a clearance center. We then asked him then why do they have 30 day warranty. He said 30 day warranty does not cover foam. It only covers springs and stitching. He never informed us what is covered. If you plan on buying from him, pay by credit card so that you can charge back with the bank in case he runs again. See photos for our conversations and you can make your own decision.
