We are repeat Tuff Shed customers. Each time, we worked with Tuff Shed via The Home Depot Wholesale Division. Each time, we went online to The Home Depot web-site to design our Tuff Shed. Four (4) years ago, we had a 10' x 12' Tuff Shed blue-barn with full-loft and wrap-around shelving built on our property. Today, we just signed off on our Certificate Of Completion for a second identical 10' x 12' Tuff Shed blue-barn with full-loft and wrap-around shelving built on our property!! - Customer Satisfaction? A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y.!! We were so pleased with our first Tuff Shed that we ordered an exact copy-n-paste for our second Tuff Shed! Our two (2) Tuff Sheds now stand side-by-side and represent the true-quality of The Tuff Shed Company!! Jessica assisted with the initial specifications and sales via telephone conversations, e-mail exchanges, text messages, and DocuSign --- we received the exact same model, color, configuration, and pricing from four (4) years earlier! Daniel assisted with the pre-installation / pre-build site-inspection --- the service and hospitality that we received before/during/after our site-inspection was outstanding --- Daniel was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and assured us that Tuff Shed could perform our tricky installation request near two (2) fence-lines and under a Recreational Vehicle awning --- we were so glad that we were working Tuff Shed via The Home Depot Wholesales Division, again! Joanna assisted with the installation and build scheduling --- we had only one (1) day that we were available for the installation and build --- Joanna assured us via text and e-mail that Tuff Shed could meet our request and our limited availability! Pascual & Marco installed and built our second Tuff Shed --- Team Pascual & Marco were on-time, courteous, engaging, and completed their installation and build and cleaned up well before the anticipated 4.5-hours installation-time --- prior to their departure, Pascual & Marco asked me to inspect their installation and build --- this second Tuff Shed is just as fantastic as our first tuff Shed --- no misguided-nails, no ruff-edges, no paint-smudges, no sap-drips from the freshly-cut wood --- the shelf-edges and loft-edges are smooth and free of burrs and splinters --- Pascual & Marco are absolute Rock-Stars and Rare-Earth Gems for both Tuff Shed and The Home Depot! Griselda assisted with the Certificate Of Completion via DocuSign --- the DocuSign Certificate Of Completion notes that the document should not be signed until the work is performed and the customer is satisfied with the work performed by The Tuff Shed Company --- I signed because I am A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y. Satisfied, two (2) times over!! Tuff Shed - Bakersfield - After - Sheds & Outdoor Storage Near Me - Bakersfield, California

So we needed storage at our new home after downsizing. Called TuffShed direct after seeing their product at the Home Depot. Dealt with Jason who is located on the central coast. Nice guy and helpful. Everyone all the way thru was pro and the third party installlers did a great job building the unit. We are as happy as we can be about the whole process. And now we can move the stuff we have in a storage unit offsite to our home. Nice to see a plan completely go as dreamed. Thank you Tuff Shed. read more

Sheds are great and Brenda was able to meet our budget and short time frame! Looking forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks read more

Extremely disappointed in their sales person no interest in helping me look through the sheds or help me with a quote to design a new one. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. read more

I purchased a Tuff Shed in 2015 in the SFV and loved it. I moved to Tehachapi and purchased one in August 2023 and it has been nothing but disappointment, 1) the original installation left me with cracked ceiling beams and a door that would not close. I was told that the original install wasn't good and after several visits, the issues were corrected.... until the first rain when the window started leaking and now a screw on the door handle has broken. I was originally told by Dave, a manager out of Bakersfield, that he would try to make things right and look into my case. I left a message or two but no response. I don't believe I will be using Tuff Shed again. I now have a leaky window to try to seal and a door handle to fix. I can't wait for seemingly more incompetence. read more

We have a four-year-old Tuff Shed situated on a windy knoll in Tehachapi. It's used every day, and used hard. We tromp in and out with dirty boots, store bags of feed and buckets of tools in it, repair equipment and keep heavy implements inside. The floor has held up wonderfully and an occassional moping out proves it still looks good. We have attached shelving on the studs, hung things from the rafters and all remain secure. As an added bonus, it looks good and fits in with the other outbuildings. We highly recommend Tuff Shed - not only because it's a good product, but because of the excellent service we got from the sales and installation folk in Bakersfield. read more

Brenda was very helpful great customer service. She help us get what we were looking.

From the beginning the people at Tuff Shed have been extremely helpful. They communicate swiftly, answered all of my questions, and made the process very easy. Of all the shed companies out there, I'm glad I went w/ Tuff Shed. read more

I had bought a Tuff Shed unit in Bakersfield, CA.and had it delivered to my home in Paso Robles, CA. I was very pleased with the delivery and setup. However, as a result of some severe weather some of the roof shingles blew off the roof resulting in water entering the unit. When I contacted the local Paso Tuff Shed dealer I was told that my 7-year warranty had expired by 1 month. To my surprise, they agreed to replace the shingles at no cost! Again, the work was completed in a timely manner. Kudos to Tony and Jason at Paso Robles Tuff Shed! read more

Hi to all at Bakersfield Tuff shed! I just ordered a nice 10x8 barn shed for our new home in San Luis Obispo! I'm happy to give you this review! I called about a week ago and had the pleasure of working with Brenda. Because of her expertise, professionalism, and kindness She made ordering a shed over the phone, incredibly easy! I briefly explained to her where the shed is going to be placed and described to her why I need the size and features on our shed. She made it really EZ and started to create an order with all the little goodies I needed...She reassured me that her and I were on the same page sent PDF with pictures, sizes, and a price quote! it was refreshing to deal with Brenda. She came back with a better price after talking to her manager, set up the scheduling for delivery all within a weeks time!! I highly recommend dealing direct with Tuff Shed And their staff. What a difference great customer service makes! thank you Brenda. A very satisfied customer indeed.!! read more

Love my new Garden Shed!! George and Luis were fantastic! Efficient, quick, professional and on time. Zoiya in Tehachapi at Home Depot was an enormous help with the design and sales portion. I am very happy with the finished result. read more

Sheds look beautiful. Great quality. What made it great was the sales team. I walked in wanting to purchase 2 sheds, but didnt know where to begin. Feeling like I could make the decision on my own, I went further down the rabbit hole of options. I was overwhelmed. I figured I would just leave and order it online. Just before I gave up and left, I was stopped, led by a knowledgeable sales and design consultant, and purchased both sheds on the spot. I was updated on the process and their staff was patient and informative. Great sales people are best when they are honest and connect a consumer with the product they desire. Had their consultant not been superior in sales, I may still have been on my own and undecided. Thank you! Also, paint colors are different on computer images than in real life. The team the came to install my shed was early, quick and did an amazing job! My shed looks great and is exactly what I need.

Let me start first by saying I bought a Tuff Shed 11 years ago and it still looks and works great, new coat of paint and it looks like new. I wanted a matching one so I visited the Bakersfield Tuff Shed location. Getting what I wanted and taking my money went very smoothly ($5500.00) and I was told 10-14 days out until install. Received a text they needed 4 gallons of paint for the exterior and 2 gallons for the trim. I'm a painter and a 10x10 shed cannot use that much paint and all my texts were returned with "I'll talk to my GM" finally it was agreed 4 gallons & 1 gallon, due to price I bought a 5 gallon bucket thinking I would have extra for my other shed. I dropped off the paint and over 2 weeks later no responses to emails so I went to the shop and asked when my shed was going to be delivered and found out it wasn't even painted yet but could be installed that Friday, I guess its a good thing I stopped in or I might still be waiting. Now my shed is completed and its AWESOME but they want me to sign off on it, I asked for my extra paint to be returned and "I will ask my GM" response again. I still don't have my extra paint so even though the shed itself is great and the sub-contractors they used to install it did a great job I would probably go to Home Depot if I was to get another one. Terrible customer service at this place. read more

I'm at Home Depot in Tehachapi looking at sheds. Just got turned off Inspecting them. Of The two Tuff Sheds I am looking at; one has a warped door and the other has a missing piece on top roof. For such an expensive brand, I would think these would be in perfect condition. I have a Dry Creek shed that has been in excellent condition for 14 years now. Check them out consumers. read more

I would have put 0 stars if it was there. So sorry I went with this company. Started my purchase in 9/2017 with down payment. I was told 3-5 months. It's 4/16/2018 I still don't have a completed garage. I only have slab by the way, that wasn't included in the cost of the building and that cost me $6000+ over cost of structure. I have all county permits and now they (tuff shed) say I need to pay more for changes the county wants in the vents. The company representatives are not knowledgeable in what is necessary for their buildings. This should have been addressed originally in plans not 8 months later. Very poor I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I would have cancelled but I paid a down payment and signed contracts. Plus now I have a $6000+ slab and still NO GARAGE!!! read more

had a few different bids they were the best bang for the buck, only downfall is that they are not very good at returning calls. and are very slow. my building looks great but all the work was subbed out. only thing tuff shed does is pull permits and do your drawings on there cookie cutter garages. read more
