He clearly told us that the basic mattresses come with 30 day warranty in which we were ok with. Within 4 days, both mattresses sink. 4 DAYS. We brought up the issue to him and he refused to take responsibility. He said that he cannot take them back as he operates a clearance center. We then asked him then why do they have 30 day warranty. He said 30 day warranty does not cover foam. It only covers springs and stitching. He never informed us what is covered. If you plan on buying from him, pay by credit card so that you can charge back with the bank in case he runs again. See photos for our conversations and you can make your own decision.

I looked at Helix's website and they told me Mattress Emporium carried their brand so I thought I'd go down there and try them out to see which was the best fit. Chris was very friendly when I entered and got me setup right away so I could try out the mattress. The midnight was perfect and felt so much better than my current mattress. Not only was I able to get the one I wanted but Chris was able to order it for me directly from Helix and got me a better deal by using their frame and free delivery/installation. I saved money, got to support local and got exactly what I wanted. Chris was great about staying in touch and they delivered my mattress within a day of getting it, they installation team was very professional and got it done quick and clean. Very happy with the experience and next time I need a new mattress I'll be heading back to Emporium.

I never heard from the rep again. I have been calling the store to get updates but no one can give me an update on the status of the parts. On 1/9/26 I personally went to the store since I was unable to get an update on the status of parts and repair of my sofa via phone. I spoke to the store rep and manager and they were no help at all. They said I had to call customer service which was new to me because I have been dealing directly with the store rep and they had not mentioned that to me before. And the salesperson was no where in sight. They're only available for the sale and disappear after the sale. Anyhow, I was informed the parts were ordered and should arrive next week. It has taken almost four months since my initial call and no one in the store seems to care. I was very unhappy and informed the store manager that they have poor customer service and there is no communication with the customers after the sale. I spent over $5,000 on the recliners and coffee tables. I will never buy anything from La-Z-Boy again! Poor furniture quality and horrible customer service!

When I placed my order, the salesperson informed me that delivery would take approximately two weeks. It has now been four weeks, and the situation has only become more confusing. I received an email stating that my order would be delivered on June 22. I arranged my schedule accordingly and took the day off work. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived, and I received no communication explaining the delay. I contacted the store again yesterday, but no one seemed to know the status of my order, its location, or whether I need to be home for delivery. Since the order consists of 14 pieces, I am assuming my presence is required, but I have not been given any clear guidance. The lack of communication and coordination has been extremely disappointing. I truly hope the product itself meets expectations, because the service experience so far has been far below what I anticipated. I hope the couch is wonderful because I would never buy anything again from Lovesac based on their service.

What I don't like is that the WiFi does not work and I had to keep stepping outside to make my purchase and fill out the application. I had to step out again to get my coupon. It's like the place has lead walls and your phone just doesn't work inside. As for the delivery, I expected them to set up the couch. I don't know much about lovesac but for as much as I paid and how expensive these are I would expect lovesac to set up the couch for you! It took me over four hours to put my couch together. The pieces are heavy and it is hard to put the covers on the frame. I'm glad it's over but had I known how difficult it was to set up my new couch I would have just went with a Costco couch as they provide a white glove service. The frame has a lifetime warranty but there is only a manufacture warranty on the covers and the inserts. Pretty sad given the amount you spend on these. I recommend the couch if you have a lot of help putting it together. As for the company itself I think their warranty is crap and so is the fact that they don't provide a white glove service.
