I went in to pick this up at 9pm and this place was POPPIN!! There was a line 10 people long!! Not to fret tho, I was acknowledged quickly and within just a few minutes they were able to help me! They were so friendly and sweet! The bakery itself was decorated to the Ts for Christmas and they had cases and cases of delicious sweets and breads, the whole place felt warm and welcoming! Have tried a few on different days with differing results; one egg was fluffy scrambled style (yay!), another it was fried and folded. Found the ham kolaches disappointing, using lunchmeat style ham instead of chunks. Bacon kolaches have been hit or miss, get them early! Service is fast and friendly, usually do drive thru. They also have chocolate covered donut holes and other local specials.

It will feel like you were transported to a very industrial, open, lively atmosphere. For coffee I ordered the Hail Fellow Well Met latte (brown butter, caramel, sea salt, espresso, and oat milk). The flavors were excellent and you could tell the sauces/syrups are made in house. This is a great coffee shop to work remotely from or just hang out for a bit in.
