She targets employees who stand up for themselves. She is passive aggressive and will send group texts that are obviously meant for my sister. My sister has worked there for seven years as the closing host on the weekends and they are trying to get rid of her because she sees right through Amber and stands up for herself. Also, Amber is never there to help out! The previous general manager was there every day serving, bussing tables, and running food. As the general manager of a restaurant, how are you never there?? My niece was fired recently for standing up for herself with an emotionally immature server. She was fired for having a shouting match! While the server was not punished at all. Ambers two daughters also work there and get away with anything. Everyone is afraid to call them out for fear of losing their job. Mark has anger issues and talks to people like crap.
