I have never had the experience I had this evening. Secondly, I had already called to inquire hours of operation and was told they would be OPEN today until 7pm. I had an online order in my cart and they shut me out of it. When I called to inquire at 5:40pm, I was told that they were no longer taking online orders or dine in. I asked if I could do carry out and was told no more orders. I am empathetic to letting your employees off for the holiday. They should enjoy time off. However, you cannot and should not communicate that you are open until a set time but limit what you're willing to do. That is poor management.
