First I want to start out by saying I absolutely love the owner of this barbershop. He is personable, so awesome with customers, patient when doing kids cuts so when it comes to Jesse I'd give 5 stars. Unfortunately it's not just him that's employed here. The last few times I've came I've gotten the female barber and she is rude, she doesnt listen to what the client wants done, she tries to rush you out of her chair. The last time she was coughing right in my brother's face repeatedly as she was doing his cut. If I hadn't been going here for years and she was my first impression of this business I would never return but I know that the shop is so much more than just one negative person renting a booth. Next time I come I'll make sure someone else is available other than her! read more

It took over 45 minutes of waiting for 2 costumers in front of me to get their hair cut and being constantly aggravated by kids playing on a pool table setting in the middle of the waiting area. Then the haircut was just O.K. and if that's not enough their price list said seniors were to be charged $20 for a haircut and I was charged $25 for no reason. Not only were none of the staff wearing face coverings, the barbers mocked our teenager for wearing one himself, saying "you know those things don't do anything." In addition to their being in violation of the orders and unnecessarily endangering public safety in the very closest of quarters, these men undermined both our parental authority and public health. Their web page says they close at 4pm on Sat., & twice I got there around 1:45 & get turned away, saying theyre closing at 2. Driving 20 min & not being able to get a haircut is totally unacceptable in my book, especially since it was OVER TWO HOURS before they were supposed to close! Ridiculous. The first time it happened I let it slide since it was a holiday weekend & they probably wanted to get out early, but this time it's just another Saturday. 110% unprofessional for them to repeatedly close OVER TWO HOURS earlier then they advertise & turn away customers. I would maybe understand if they take appointments & are booked the rest of the day, but they take zero appointments, & I guess just felt that being open 3.5 hrs was enough? Get a clue guys & don't be so fcking lazy. Everyone values their free time on the weekend, & you slackers made me waste a good 2 hrs of mine! You're offering a service that your customers are PAYING for, you're NOT doing anyone any favors by staying open until you're scheduled to close. Unless you guys don't give af about growing your business you seriously need to lose that "I'll work when I feel like working" attitude & take care of your customers. read more

There is no doubt the barbers can cut hair. Very high quality fades. Unfortunately this place is not for children. The conversations between the male barbers was completely inappropriate. No exaggeration I heard 25 F-Bombs from the barbers cutting my 8 year old sons' hair. Very disappointing. Please be advised. Not sure why the owner allows this behavior. read more

They advertise as opening at 10 AM. Went there yesterday at 10:15, they were not open. Returned today at 10:20, again not open. But me and 3 other angry customers left. I doubt that I will go there again, if they can't open on time it's a waste of my time. Besides the lack of regard for customers time, the two previous haircuts I got here were just "so so." Update: well I made the mistake of giving this place one more chance. Oh boy never again. Arrived around 3:30. This shop is by far the best barbershop I have encountered and I have encountered many here...not only do I get my haircut here but I bring my grandson and son here and they do us all right! My son is biracial so his hair is difficult, Ashley is on point with him, I also have mine done by her or Frankie and am ALWAYS lovin' It the minute I get out, my grandson won't let anyone but Jessie cut his hair and he does a straight up job with him, and he's difficult to have someone cut his hair, we are always super happy when we leave, huge thanks to all barbers over there! We are from this area but currently live up in Washington. Every time we are here, we try to bring our son (6 years old) to this barbershop. His haircut is awesome every single time. He really looks forward to seeing the barbers. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. When we go, we go prepared to wait a little bit just in case they are busy. I feel it is worth the wait. It is definitely a special place that we look forward to visiting. It is too bad that the couple of people who left a bad review didn't get to see how great of a place this really is. I will say that I do understand the frustration of them not being open when they say they will be & I sure wish they would take appointments!! It would make the 20 minute drive out less "risky".
