Mary Jane is an outstanding barber and stylist. She is friendly, professional, careful, and clearly knows her craft. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then gave me what may be the best haircut I have ever had. The cut was precise, flattering, and exactly right. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended. read more

Went in for a haircut. I said that I like my hair long and it's just getting back to normal after a hack job at Great Clips (they cut it short on the sides/back and long on the top - I looked like a palm tree). I showed where I wanted my hair down over my ears and explicitly said that I like it long in the back. 10 minute haircut and it's a palm tree cut - just like Great Clips. read more

Great little Barber shop. It's a small spot with like 2 chairs. The 2 ladies that have been there the few times I have gone are very nice and accommodating. I never do, but I recommend to schedule ahead of time. They do accept walk ins and might just take a couple minutes of the chairs are full. Decent price and good cuts. read more

Been there few times both gals were amazing! This is where we take our boys to their cuts.

Yomata gave me a great hair cut today! This lady gets it. Professional and talented. Highly recommend.

We took my son here for his first hair cut and it went wonderfully. Maryjane was so kind and patient with him, however he did wonderful while she cut his hair. The parking situation was a little confusing but we parked across the street and used the crosswalk to get to the shop. Definitely would recommend to all! We will be back! Thank you for such a great experience! read more

Queen Bee's Barbershop - Barbers Near Me - Placerville, California

Very professional and attention to detail is perfect. Will be returning next time I need another haircut.

Wonderful little barbershop! Friendly, clean, and a great haircut. Highly recommend!

This is the best Barbershop in Placerville! I went to another that had Playboy magazines in a place that did not make it good for children. Natilie is precise with her haircuts and the atmosphere is friendly. Michelle who works there is also amazing! I do not know what is about Barbershops but you either get people who look like rejects from a Mad Max Movie or you get individuals who are aloof and arrogant! This shop is the real deal and they really care about their customers. Trust me .. you will not leave looking like you have been run over by a lawn mower! read more

Queen Bee's Barbershop - After a haircut a professional presentation I gave in Sacramento! - Barbers Near Me - Placerville, California

What a great place to get a new look ! I went in not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff. I'm always apprehensive about a new barber shop. After Kiah was done I was very impressed with her work and will be going back for more. Great job Queen Bees read more

I've walked in twice so far and had cuts done by Maryjane. She cut my hair exactly as I requested. I keep my hair a little longer than most, stylists tend to ignore that request and go ahead and determine how they want to cut your hair. Maryjane listened and then delivered great cuts. The price was great and the shop has a cool old time vibe. I'll definitely be going back. read more

MJ is the best! Queen bee's curated a good vibe that you want when you get off work. Oh and good air conditioning ;)

I got my haircut here a few months ago and loved it. But I called in today around noon and asked when they were closing today. The lady on the phone told me 4:30. I pulled into the parking lot at 4pm. and there is no one here. The door is locked and no one is answering the phone. read more

Just got home from Queen Bee's! Natalie did such a wonderful job on my short bob! Initially, I thought barber shops were solely for men. After my great experience here, I'll be a lifelong female customer for sure! I haven't had my hair look this cute in years! I am so thrilled. Definitely go see her! She can do anything w/ hair! read more

Are you looking for a great haircut either for yourself or maybe you're a parent and you need a great haircut and for your son. This is the place to go it's located on main Street in Placerville. Natalie the owner has a great level of customer service and does amazing haircuts. Also you can get your beard and mustache trimmed. Natalie is very talented with a straight edge razor. Prices are fair and I would definitely recommend checking them out next time you're in the area you will be glad you did! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Queen Bee's! A+++ You will love it here! The long version: First, I was looking for a barbershop to take my 1.5 yo for his first hair cut. I went to one other place first, and upon walking in was immediately told he was too young. I was really sad that this place wouldn't even consider us, but on we looked. I called Queen Bee's next and when I told her I wanted to bring in my baby for his first haircut she immediately said yes. She won me over right then! Second, I was looking for a place that wouldn't be too overstimulating for my child. Queen Bee's was perfect. Her place is not too big, the decorations are nice and nothing too over the top, and the atmosphere was very inviting. We all felt very comfortable from the first moment we walked in. My little guy even climbed right into the chair when it was our turn, and she was ready to start trimming his hair right then! I Love Love Love his first cut. And I love that she treated my little one so well. My husband also had his hair cut, and I love his cut too! Where he's been before I've always been unhappy with the end result, but not this time. The ultimate test: I asked him if he'd come back, and he said yes. There you have it, what more do I need to say? read more

Natalie does a great job. I went in today for a cut and both my wife and I are pleased with my haircut. I've just moved to the area so I'm glad I found someone good on the first try. read more

Natalie does a great a job for myself amd my son. The hot shave on the back of the neck is a nice touch. Way better than going to a franchise clips place that is the same price but not close in quality. read more

Best barbershop in town. Quality cuts, quality service, reasonable price. Enough said.

I'll just start with saying Natalie is awesome! She did an excellent job cutting my hair and the atmosphere at her shop is chill. Today I brought my son to her shop to get his hair cut. My son usually tries to avoid getting the cut done because he had a bad experience with another outfit down the road. I took him to see Natalie today and I think it's safe to say she gave him the best cut he's ever had. She is truly an expert at her profession and great with kids. A good barber is tough to find. A great barber is like hitting the lotto. From our experience at Queen Bee Barbershop, if I had to sum up our visit with just one word, I have to say "win". read more

Went to get a hair cut on Friday 3/8 at 11AM. Place is closed, no one there.

She's always checking in with customers making sure they are satisfied with their cut. She does a really clean job! Definitely recommend!
