While the 18+ policy is not posted on the door, Hustler has stated that all customers must be 18 or older regardless of which section they are shopping in. Both the parent and the employees showed no concern for the safety of these children or what they were being exposed to in an adult retail environment. It is deeply concerning that a parent would bring children into a store like this, and even more concerning that employees would allow it to happen. This lack of judgment and policy enforcement made the experience uncomfortable and inappropriate. We left without making a purchase

In order to go to Judy's, you must first make an appointment. They are only open until 6:00 M-F making it pretty difficult to fit in to a working schedule. The location is also in a more sketchy neighborhood of Tacoma, requiring you to ring a doorbell and be buzzed in to the store. Once in the store, they seemed pretty insistent to see pictures of the dress instead of listening to what I wanted. I know they meant the best, but it was really controlling. If I felt I should be in control of what bra I wanted and could take that responsibility. They do cater to a wide variety of sizes but for the narrow range I needed, would have to special order and asked me to come back in a week or so. In order to cater to a wider range of sizes, they walk you through the process and pick out bras for you. I assume because they don't have every bra in the right size for all clients - it avoids someone wanting a specific bra and needing it ordered. While it would take a lot of space that they don't have to make it possible, it really underscored why retail is dying. It would be difficult to have the right stock in extended sizes. For the drive, issues with scheduling, and lack of product availability, I wouldn't go back. I was hoping it'd be worth it with Nordstrom level customer service and aesthetic, but alas - no. I will stick to Figleaves.
