First time here. Full face says 30. She charged me $35 and said she gave me a discount of $9 off because of the eyebrow. Everywhere I go they charge $30 and that includes eyebrows. And she was not gentle at all. Will not be coming back. read more

I went yesterday for the first time and I found my new eyebrow place ! She took her time unlike other threading salons I've gone to where you go in and they thread you brows and lip in 3-4 minutes. She took her time to get every little hair and was so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend ! read more

My first time being here and last time. I'm not very picky but I do choose hygiene over anything. Seat wasn't cleaned up after the last person was done. And most of all, if I leave a tip, it'll be for a good cause. She didn't shape my eyebrows right. I told her I didn't want them thick and still left them pretty thick. She also left little hairs underneath my eyebrows. Sorry but this place is too much of a hype for no reason. read more

I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍

That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. Three months later, my natural nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. I used to be one of those "every two weeks" girls, but he always laughs and tells me, "Come on, I love you, but two weeks is too soon!" That's just how well his work holds up. The salon itself is always spotless, welcoming, and relaxing. I came here after I attempted to do a henna design on my foot and it was not pretty.( I never…read morerealized how inflexible I am lol ) There are two ladies that work here one focuses on eyebrows and the other focuses on the henna tattoos. They were both really friendly when we asked about pricing. In the end we picked a design we both got from online. Jyoti, the henna tattoo artist did the design exactly as in the picture I picked for one foot and for the other she improvised and made a unique design. I was hesitant at first but she has a really steady hand. Im so happy I stopped here and the pricing is great : )

The henna artist was really sweet and enlighten me with the history and culture of henna. It was fascinating to hear. I'm grateful to have had mesmerizing piece of art on me. So many people complimented me when I went to Vegas to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. I also get my eyebrows threatened here. I appreciated the fast service and affordable prices. Most importantly, I always love the way my eyebrows are shape no matter the technician.

I called the number and was told that they were on their way. They should not state that they open at 10am if they will not be there by 10am. I expect a level of professionalism and that includes being open during the hours you say you are open.

I was a walk in and appreciated they could see me. I did also like the end result and she was quick…read moredoing both my eyebrows and upper lip. She had great attention to detail too. But the way she did my eyebrows was super rough. I could forgive one cut, but I had multiple cuts (you can see multiple scabs) and one was very close to the corner of my eye. It's partially technique and partially instruction (I needed to hold my skin more taut, but she didn't correct me). She does very precise threading work, but I could feel her getting very close to my eyelid. As much as I like the look, the scabbing and cuts make me never want to return. The skin around your eyes is delicate and should be treated as much.
