I haven't been to this nail shop since the guy cut my finger so I decided to give to them a chance again. Well big mistake! So I went in for a fill and she did a new set when I asked how much she said $140 for my nails, polish change on my feet and eyebrows. When I asked for the break down on my nails it came to $65. How does my nail price go from $65 to $100. I never mind paying and I always tip $10 to $20 when I get my services done. I will not return to this nail salon. The biggest complaint they have is the prices are not consistent. The flower is not design is not what I asked for. I wanted it drawn on not put on with acrylic for $25. Tina did my nails. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was horrible because they automatically tried to charge me and my daughter gel pedicures when we don't use gel. She told me it was $47 but for my daughter would be $40 and then I explained to her I don't want gel and she started to get nasty with me. I told her I just want a regular pedicure. I don't want deluxe then she started screaming. I refused to pay for a service where I'm being screamed at. The lady was extremely rude and nobody else at this place apologized for how she was screaming at me when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I took my little sister here to get her nails done after I was told he would be able to do the design she requested. After 2.5 hours she ended up with some butchery. The nails are different lengths, pointed to the moon, and hideous. She got a pedicure as well, they put gel on her big toe and regular polish on her other toes, leaving them looking different colors. To think he charged $165 for all of this, and the nails came off in 3 days, like butter. Her nail beds don't even look like they had acrylic nails on. read more

Awful basic manicure. I wanted to keep my natural long length nails and this woman filed them all the way down. The lengths were not even, the shape was crooked and when I mentioned this - it got worse. The nail polish painting was also bad. She painted over skin. It was a mess. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm pregnant and decided to treat myself to a pedicure and she nicked me twice and when I said "ouch" she mocked me to her co workers more then once. I wanted thin square French and when I tired correcting her on what I wanted she told me that was the best she can do, and she is giving me what I wanted. Through out my pedicure she was pressuring me to upgrade the entire time. I also went with 2 of my friends who also has terrible experience with some of the other mail techs there. Tina was my lady who did my nails, told her exactly what I wanted and she even had a hand showing the shapes and showed her exactly what I wanted and she did the complete opposite of what I asked for. Horrible horrible horrible. Gave different colored pink on toes then my hands. Stabbed me in the toe and still bleeding from it. Wasn't paying attention and cut them super short. I wouldn't ever go there in a million years. The lady said I had an ingrown toe nail that's why it was bleeding and in so much pain but I got all my ingrown stuff out of my toes already. My second time here a year later, and nothing has changed. The pedicure was good. Four stars because it's hard to communicate and they are trying to talk you into other services. I was a walk in and the staff asked right away to help me. There were 4 people getting pedicures and there are 7-8 chairs and 3 employees. The wait was 5 minutes. I asked for the pedicure and I was instructed to choose a nail color. The prices and services are posted on the wall by the register. WARNING: be very specific and FIRM of what you want and tell them that you are on a time schedule. Otherwise, they will try to talk you into other stuff and you will end up with a $100+ bill and "hours" later... If you are not familiar with salon services this is not the place to learn due to Asian employees and difficulty understanding their accents. read more

I took my mother here to get a manicure & pedicure for Mother's Day. Her pedicure was done awesome by the owner. After the owner let another man took over to do her manicure & he cut her a couple of times on her nails. She wanted to stop the service & he threatened that if she stopped she would never be able to return. Needless to say she only got a pedicure. Horrible attitude in this location & horrible customer service. She will never return! read more
