I arrived 15 minutes before 6 PM, but the door sign indicated they close at 6 PM daily. The staff member mentioned there was a 15-minute wait, which I accepted. I requested a basic fill-in with gel polish for myself (I had a few missing nails) and a pedicure with gel polish for my daughter. I didn't ask for pricing beforehand, which was my mistake. The nail tech was very attentive, and there were only two techs working. However, when it was time to pay, I was shocked by the total cost: $125. My daughter's pedicure alone was $60, and my fill-in was $65. There were no designs or extras, just gel polish. On top of that, I was charged a "convenient fee" for paying, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. I also left a $10 tip. While the customer service was great, I find the pricing unreasonable and my nails did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning.

She kept talking to other people, and while using a drill on my thumb she burned me. I asked for a trim and she took more than I wanted. No going back from that. My pedicure went better.
