Upon walking , I was instructed to Write my name & cp#, wash hands and make sure I have a Mask on. Also, there are signs to not touch the nail polish, if you see one you like older them know. I got a full set -Acrylic NO Gel. $20+$1.00 to use the Debit card Machine But there are Options Such as Cash & Zelle. Kevin did a Good Job, only thing is the WAIT Time over 1 hour. Total $21.00+$5.00 Tip =$26 Happy Customer

French spa pedicure $18. (I have really short toenails because I run a lot, but you can't even tell)

My last pedicure was over three weeks ago and it was still fine. No chips or cracks. Just wanted a change.

Everyone here was so nice and they did my nails so well! I showed 2 different inspo pictures of the nails i wanted and she combined my ideas so well. Will definitely be going back for my next set.

Just read 3 bad reviews there's so bugs and I get fill and designs on every nail and I'm always out in 3 hrs or less, I ask another of Cindy and she's great. And Kevin has never been rude nor have I heard him be rude. I love this place, I go every 2-=3 weeks coz I love it. And I've never been forced to buy sandals.. !!!!!!!!! 10 stars for me read more

I got pink powder chrome nails with pearls. I love them so much they look even better in person. The picture doesn't capture how pretty the chrome looks in person. Cindy did an amazing job as always. She added a 3D effect on the ring finger to make it look like a clam shell. Came out even better than my inspo pic. Kevin did an amazing job with my manicure. Can't wait to go back it's a hole in the wall spot with great prices and great people read more

I have been here so many times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They do a great job. Some people laugh at me but I don't care good foot health leads to overall health. read more

Lovely nails is tucked into a small area with a few others shops and usually there's enough parking spaces in front.. they also have parking in the back. I usually come to get my eyebrows done every other month lol( not enough as I should). The lady that does them does a really good job and is gentle which I appreciate since I've had other experiences at other places where the person wasn't so gentle. I always try to leave a tip also since they do a good job. When Im going on vacation or for a special occasion I usually get a mani and pedi. This last time I went and got a pedicure also for my feet ($20) and my eyebrows done($8). I love the massage chair and warm water for my feet. they get my toes looking decent every time! I went with the color cherry berry and it made my toes pop! I'm definitely looking forward to the next time to pamper myself pro tip try to visit earlier in the day, during the week, if you can since there are less people at that time. The afternoons, evenings and weekends get busy and your wait time will be longer. read more

I've been coming here for a long time. They're very nice and great prices. Cindy and Kevin are great. Lisa does my pedicure and she's very good at what she does. Cindy does my eyebrows and comes out really nice. Kevin does my nails and he's very good. I recommend this place. read more

I love this place. It's my go to place every single time! I'm from Carson so there's times I try new places closer to home. But none ever do Justice to this place. They do my nails right every time and the price is reasonable. Never anything wild. And the customer service is never a problem ! I read the reviews and was surprised at how many 1 stars there were because I've NEVER had a problem with them! Kevin and Cindy are the owners and they're married and they're always welcoming and so are the rest of the ladies in the salon! read more

I dont usually leave 1 star.. but If i can give them zero star i would! Im a loyal (every 2 weeks) customer at this location.. but today just had a really bad experience! Worst customer service ever!! Everytime i do my pedicure my big toe always bleed, they dont know what they are doing they will never make you priority, I always get manicure gel and pedicure and it always takes 4 hours.. instead of them doing it the same time they will make you wait and assist the other people that just came in.. also saw a cockraoch last time i was there! Eeewwww! read more

I came here with my mother last year. I was 8 months pregnant getting my nails done before my daughter was going to be born. That did NOT stop two of the workers from physically fighting! It was CRAZY. There was a man that had to interfere and even finish my nails because of that. He was supper sweet but the place was very unprofessional. My toes have also never been the same. Never again coming to this place to get a pedicure! I got it done and the next day my feet start to itch. It's won't stop for weeks it was so bad. That I couldn't even sleep.went to the doctor and they told me I have athlete feet's after that visit!!$15 pedicure not worth it and they didn't clean the spa well it was so dirty. This place is literally hidden between a thrift store and an alley way, but they do the best nails for the best price! I've been getting my nails done for a long time, but no one has done them better than Kevin. They are super thin and natural just like I like them. A full set of gels is $25. You can't beat that! They say don't judge a book by its cover well from the exterior I had I feeling this place was sketchy once I went inside I thought there would be potential seeing the place had 4 women getting services who seemed like regulars. I wanted a pedicure last minute I'd broken my big toe nail and asked for an extension I told the tech multiple times it was TOO THICK and it needed to be filed down. The paint job was SLOPPY as it got near closing she began to RUSH and refused to re paint my big toe I WILL NEVER COME HERE again!!! read more

Been coming here for a while on Friday I came to get my nails done spent 40$ on a full set Monday my nail broke came to get it fixed charges me more money to get it fixed then blamed me that it broke . Please don't go here .So I use to go for many years and I stopped going the begging of this year for a reason, my acrylics would always break. A few days ago I was by the area and desperately needed a fill. So I went and got my fill and exactly 2 days later my first acrylic broke in half. The next morning a second one broke off. I was soooo upset and went back to get them fixed, they apologized said next time they would make them thicker. This is what they would tell me before. We couldn't find the color and ended up choosing a sparkly color. Charged me $5 but whatever. So now I am at a restaurant and search for my phone in my purse and bang another acrylics breaks. Why am I not surprised ! So all in 5 days I had 3 nails break! They should be embarrassed. read more

This is my place to go for affordable nail service... yes it not as fancy but overall it clean enough for me and Kevin and Cindy does great nails.. I went to high end nail shop spending from 60-100$ for pedi & mandi they serve wine and chocolate but it ok I prefer to save 30-40$ instead.. I'm not saying everybody there is great but most of the time they are... not fancy but it ok for $30-40 nail service that my opinion:) read more

Went to this nail shop, got a fill, spent $30 with gel, next day nail broke, went back, Vietnamese lady with the tattooed eyebrows very nasty saying I had to pay $4 to fix the nail. I was confused on why I would have to pay AGAIN, obviously there is a problem with your cheap supplies or nail techs process, if they think I'm paying for them to fix my nail, they are sorely mistaken...I don't pay twice for the same service. Don't get your nails done here if you expect your nails to hold up past 1 day... go somewhere else. read more

Tried it and didn't like it! The nail tech students at Marinello do a way better job than these techs and the students suck!! So disappointed... I had two different nail techs and 2 do-overs and they still didn't give me what I wanted. read more

Will not be coming back. They rush through clients, didn't even push my cuticles back, just pretend. I had gotten gel nails. Wasn't applied properly and it just sucked. She wiped my nails with acetone when you're suppose to use alcohol. Don't recommend at all and I seen them reuse their toe separators on multiple clients. As a cosmetologist, sanitation is key and this place didn't have it. I was nice enough to not say anything and tipped for even trying.. Ugh. Nice try. read more

Hell, I kept the inspo pic on my screen too. After multiple times of speaking up, I accepted my fate that this man was just gonna eff up my nails. I walked out w some fuckass Carmela Soprano nails. I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate. But at the end of the day, I did not receive the nails I requested. Because of this experience, I don't think I would return.

Unfortunately, as the appointment continued, the quality of the service declined. Her technique became noticeably messier, and she repeatedly nipped my cuticles, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The biggest issue came when I asked for the flower design I originally requested. I understand that detailed flowers can be difficult to draw on nails, and I do not fault her for struggling with it. However, I do take issue with being charged for a design that I ultimately did not receive. I even told her to stop attempting the flower, but she continued trying anyway. Customers should not have to pay for a design that was never completed successfully, regardless of the products used during the attempt. That said, I will give credit where it's due. The salon itself has a very friendly and elegant atmosphere, and the staff members were welcoming and provided good customer service overall. I just wish the actual service had matched the experience and pricing.

I got a pedicure and gel builder fill however I hate having to reach over so they can do each hand and they were kind enough to just keep switching sides so I could be comfortable while getting my pedicure. Brian was the one who worked on my hands and he did an amazing job at giving me an almond shape to where it looks natural.
