Buyer beware. Know that these vehicles are "rebuilt" and the price reflects that. If you buy the…read morewarranty that they so forcefully propose, the "savings" would vaporize, and you would be better off buying a used car without the history of a crash. The paint in the front began to peel after 14 months, getting progressively worse. I called and they told me that because of how many miles we have driven the car it was out of warranty. We had purchased previously 6 cars in 25 years used, from other dealerships, within 3 years of factory release. NEVER experienced anything similar. It was just a bad, cheap paint job and now they want nothing to do with it. Never again. Best of luck to them.

Subaru identified the issue, and I then brought the car to AutoSavvy (where I purchased it) to handle the actual repairs. Not long after, the same issue came back. This time, AutoSavvy took over the process -- they moved the car back and forth between themselves and Subaru. The repair took nearly a month, and I had to constantly follow up for updates because no one was reaching out to me. But the biggest issue? When I got my car back, my dash cam was gone. I immediately reported it. AutoSavvy told me they would review their security footage. The next day, they confirmed: the camera was still in the car when it was with them -- and told me to go talk to Subaru. So I did. Subaru said clearly they never touched or removed the camera. I then asked AutoSavvy to take responsibility and help coordinate, since the car was under their care during the entire process. But they did nothing further -- no solution, no apology, no accountability. Just blaming someone else. So now: * I dealt with the same issue twice * A month-long repair with poor communication * And a missing dash cam that no one is taking responsibility for I trusted AutoSavvy with my car and my property -- and they completely let me down.

We recently had the unfortunate issue of being involved in a serious accident of which our late…read moremodel car wound up totaled. At the time of the accident and the scary trauma of it all did not remove much from our vehicle. Our vehicle eventually wound up at Copart in Brighton. We called Copart and was advised what information and ID we needed to have access to the vehicle. I went out and signed in and waited for them to bring up our car (which was undriveable so they had to use a forklift to bring up front.) May seem odd, but was really sad to see our faithful car so damaged and spent :( The wait was not as bad as I had expected and the women whom helped me at the counter went out to the car with me and was so courteous, nice and polite and actually carried some of the larger items we wanted from our wrecked car in the back lot through their office and out to our car parked in front of their office. She really made what I thought would be another lousy task with this whole accident situation better and her smile helped me believe that not all salvage yards are dirty, mean, and a place one never wants to go to. An unbelievable fact, this location of Copart (they have other Denver metro locations apparently ) has 15,000 cars in the salvage yard!

There so called Annual fee is actually not annual if you are unsatisfied and cancel your membership. If it's over seven days then they keep the entire annual fee. That's bs. At least call it what it is. If you aren't using the membership a partial refund is responsible. Especially with a fee that's 249.00.
