I went to Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers and had to deal with creepy car salesman who put my car key in their office so that I would have to ask for them before they would let me leave. After I finally got my keys they ran to my car as I was trying to leave the parking lot...trying to get me to sign a contract that I told them I wanted to give it a day to think about. That was such a horrible experience with the worst sales staff. Colorado Auto Brokers has a great team that is not pushy and does not try to force you to do anything. Thank you Colorado Auto Broker for making my car shopping experience great.

I have been working with Kyle to purchase our second vehicle through Colorado Auto Brokers and I haven't heard back in about a month. We got right up to the point of a test drive and Kyle fell off the face of the earth. I am really disappointed in how the customer service has plummeted. I know how to research other brokers because Kyle has left us in the dust when I was ready to purchase. Cash in hand. Really disappointing.

Malcolm paid close attention to the details and solicited input from all 3 of us. Eventually, my kids settled on a 2023 Subaru Impreza hatchback.
