They dont play games with your head, they demonstrate genuine care, kindess, and professionalism. They dont play the game of being fake towards you during the process and then off you go in your new vehicle and all that stops.... No No No they dont stop caring and they dont stop trying to help or assist you in anyway rhey can. Go to their car lot and chek them out for yourself. It took me a week to try and find all the words to give everyone there the proper credit they deserve and still I cannot find all the right words but I wanted to make sure i put a great review in on them. Enzo franzese I am so impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and genuine demeanor. He makes me feel like I am family and went out of his way to make sure I got the best car that fit my needs and even the best deal! Try going to another car lot and yeah they may say they do but this guy actually demonstrates that and his actions speak louder than words. Once Enzo helped me select the best vehicle that meets my needs my deal went to Mauritizo Franzese for process and review. Mauritzio demonstrated all the same qualities as Enzo and really spent his time going to bat for me on obtaining the best lender, rate, and terms for me. This guy works round the clock I think. lol I would also like to give credit to Isabella Franzese....As soon as you walk in the door she has a very calming, professional, kind demeanour about her and is right there to help and take care of customers right away. Her smile as well as rest the team I have never seen so genuine before. These guys dont know I am putting this review in but they certainly deserve more credit than this review. No other car lots compare to this family owned car lot. Your crazy or must not really care how your treated and getting the best deal if you go anywhere else. Give these guise a chance and see for yourself what I am saying if you dont believe me.

I was in a bind , the engine on my work vehicle went out and I was borrowing a vehicle from my Father n Law and time was running out. He either wanted us to buy it from him or return it. Not that he needed it but it was also His work vehicle. So I placed a call to Maurizio explained I had Little and in all realty no money for a down pymt but really needed a vehicle for work. Nothing fancy just get me to and from work for awhile. Maurizio didn't bat an eye or flinch., his only reply was" When can YOU come down?" My wife and I went down a couple of days later and Maurizio walked the entire lot with us and told me what was in the price range I wanted which wasn't much because everything he has is petty much a new model, lol. But He searched his brain and voila! He said come over here we just got this in and it's not even listed yet. And it was perfect!!! Lower than the price range I was looking to spend, pymts where I wanted. We took it for a drive , ran smooth. Since once again it was closing time we gave him a copy of my licence updated my financials and off we went. While I was at work my wife went in and signed the paperwork and by the time I got off work my new truck was in the parking lot because she wanted her 300c back, lol All I can say is if you want to buy a dependable vehicle. With no pressure and a lot to choose from look no further, one stop shopping. Ask for Maurizio and introduce yourself and tell him ""James and Kim sent me"" You won't go wrong, BTW, he got me financed with no $down!!!

He walked me through all the logistics of my car repair, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was very communicative, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was. I actually chose to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here after having ongoing issues with a closer dealership, and I'm really glad I did. The difference in service was noticeable, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive to feel confident my car was being handled properly. While there were a few additional services I couldn't take care of at the time, I definitely plan to come back in the future. For now, I'm just grateful to have my car back, running well, and to have had such a smooth experience overall. They also offer a shuttle, which is a great option if you need to get somewhere nearby while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable service and good communication.

13 Days of Excuses, Incompetence, and a Dangerous Safety Hazard…read more This dealership has been around since 1913, but they operate with the incompetence of a business that opened yesterday. We purchased a truck on April 1st and were given five different "firm" pickup dates (the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 13th). The Endless Excuses: Over the 13 days it took to get our vehicle, we were given every excuse in the book: a safety inspection, needing a spare tire, a new headlight, "the machines are broken," and not having enough staff. The lack of communication was the most insulting part. When we finally confronted our salesman about the silence, we were essentially told that because it was his "day off," he saw no reason to respond to an upset client who had already handed over a $6,000 down payment. The Staff: Scott Rockefeller (Sales): Avoid at all costs. He is unprofessional, immature, and eventually resorted to name-calling when we asked for updates. He has no answers and pushes every failure onto management. Nathan Johnston (GSM): A total ghost. We were told we needed to talk to him, yet he was never "available" and his contact info was guarded like a secret. James Houtz (Internet Sales): Told us "everyone in the dealership" heard about our situation, yet no one reached out to resolve it. He gave us a firm 11:00 AM deadline for April 13th and then went silent. The Bright Spots: Nicholas Trujillo (Quick Lane) and Eissa Hizhley were the only professionals there. Nicholas found the finance team after they disappeared on us and made sure our daughters had drinks and snacks. Eissa stepped in to help when everyone else failed, despite it not being his job. The "Safety" Failure: We were told the 13-day delay was for a "safety check." After waiting an additional 3 hours for a final detail on the 13th, we got the truck home only to find a loose razor blade on the truck bed cover where our young children were playing. To claim you are doing "safety checks" for two weeks and then leave a razor blade in a vehicle is negligent and dangerous. We had every dealership sticker stripped off the truck because I refuse to promote a business this careless. They claim to use CarMax as an example of "what not to do," but they are currently the gold standard for how to lose a customer's trust and respect

This will be my 4th time taking it in for an issue since I bought the car 6 months ago. It seems like there's a new issue with my car every time it's been in for an issue. They are terrible at communication and customer service. I have to show up in person to find out the status of my car. My speaker makes the same rattling noise it did before they replaced it in January. Pretty sure it wasn't faulty, there's just something loose that rattles with little to no bass. At that point, not even 2 months after I bought the car and drove it less than 1k miles, they tried to say it was due for a coolant flush. The manufacturer's schedule says I had 2k miles to go before that was necessary. In general Hyundai doesn't pay their mechanics enough to diagnose issues, so the mechanics don't take the time they should to find root causes. My car recently failed to start on 2 occasions. When I brought it in to diagnose, they barely drove it and said they couldn't replicate the issue. I never know if/when it's going to happen again. Loaner cars are not a thing at this location and I'm not a fan of Lyft/Uber. I'm paying for a car, but still have to get into some strange man's vehicle every time mine needs service.

We ran into a TPS issue the day after we took the car home. We took it back a couple occasions. It would be reset for a day or 2 and we would wait to get scheduled again for the problem. Eventually, we were told that they couldn't get it fixed and we needed to take the Car to Volkswagen for the repair. We were told we needed to pay for this out of pocket. Needless to say we never took it due to the time it takes and being without a vehicle. A year has gone by and come to find out there isn't even sensors in the tires. When purchasing your vehicle make sure that service area does what is promised. How they could not have known there wasn't sensors is beyond me and frustrating to say the least.

I have bought several cars from Marla's and it's has never been easy but never this difficult. Maybe if I would've found a car with less issues I wouldn't have had to go through the system. I also told her that my experience with Carmax cars is that you buy them and then it's like an Easter egg hunt to find out what's wrong with them before the customer has to actually pay to fix what's wrong with it. In my mind they should be fixing it before they're selling it. I've also was told several times at serval points that a manager was supposed to call me. I did have one call me yesterday from "no caller ID", I did answer, but he did not answer back. So then he ended the call on me. Then he never tried to reach out to me again. Anytime a manager has supposed to have called me, they do not. They waited till the very last minute to tell me that my car was not gonna be finished for the day and that they could not get me a loaner car. Mind you I've had this appointment scheduled for them to have the services completed on my car for a while and they've had my car from 8 AM to 5 PM.
