It's unsanitary and the nail tech I had was not gentle. I should have walked out sooner than I did. They allow you to book no matter if they are short staffed and thats just wrong. I experienced the owner taking customers by herself one after the other instead of her simply saying Im sorry I cant get to you today because its just me. She had six people in a pedicure chair all at once when she was the only one working. It seems very greedy to me and results in poor service. She was texting while massaging my child's legs during her pedicure, going back and forth between clients (starting one, and then stopping to continue another), massages seemed shorter than usual, and the nail polish has already started coming off. The end product is not worth this type of service or quality and Id much rather be told I have to reschedule than to deal with this treatment again.

As I searched for a place I came across the H&N concept and found it intriguing so I booked an appointment with Ivan. I wish I could articulate the amazing energy, talent and vibe I received. First, the greeting at reception was spot on. No, it was more, she actually cared, remember the feeling when people did that all the time? You cannot pay people to care. She cared and her actions and service proved it. She gave me a tour. On the left is a Bar. In UT, it has soft drinks but in cooler states it will offer cerveza and vino. Then I saw all the barbar chairs and Then she took me into this side room which was the Nails portion of the tour. Holy Cuticles! It's a place for men to get their nails on their feet and hands cleaned up. Super comfy chairs with head phones and tv's and remotes controls. I was super curious. After the tour I was Introduced to Ivan. Turns out the guy is amazing. I was thinking, is this place real? It is. Truly. Go check it out. Ask for Ivan. He is the real deal and I wished I lived here so I could become a loyal client to him. The story continues but if you are in St. Jorge and need a haircut, see Ivan. We came back the following day to try the nail part. I mean, feet are embarrassing in public. I don't know about any other dudes but I am not the best at maintaining the toe nails or feet. I turned my feet and hands over to Addi and my buddy had Lacie work on him. Bro's, dudes...go get your fingernails and toenails cut and treated by either of these two amazing, hard working, friendly, accepting and most of all skilled nail estheticians. We did this wild treatment where we soaked our feet in lemon water with other potions. We even had hands and feet in paraffin wax. What a trip. Loved it. HIGHLY recommend all guys get out your phones and make an appointment. Getting professional care for hands and feet is for real men. This is OUR place and it was only guys as clients; such a great concept. Thank you to the team who made it work. I am going to look for one of these in San Diego. Peace out.
