I've been here a total of 3 times, the first time my nails turned out bad, the shape was awful, and they were very thick, and multiple started lifting after a week or so. I went back for a fill, and the second time a different person did my nails and the shape and thickness was way better, but they started lifting almost immediately. I lost one and had one lifting so I went back to see if they could fix it, which they did and didn't charge which was nice. However 2 days later a different nail came off from me barely bumping it on something, and I noticed because they were lifting, moisture got under my acrylic, and now I have ugly brown spots on 3 of my nails. I went home and soaked off all of my nails to make sure there were no other brown spots, and when soaking off the acrylic I noticed it was coming off super "gummy" which could mean they are using a type of acrylic that is damaging to nails, so I will not be going back. read more

The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! Left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time come to this salon since it was close to my house and have some decent reviews. Sisi hurt three of my fingers, and one of them was bleeding. She did not disinfecting my fingers right away and it was still very painful after I got home. l reached out to her at the time, but she told me there was nothing she could do and send me to the ER! I was shocked. I don't think that was the right way to treat the customer! - PS. I saw the price listed as $46, $51 with tips. But she charged me $65 at the time and didn't give me the receipt. Cuz I paid cash. I'm definitely not going back to this nail salon! Ever again! Highly not recommended!! read more

I went for the first time as a walk in to get gel nails. I asked for a flame design on my nail. The mail lady said she didn't need to look at the photo for reference. It's definitely a flame, but not what I was expecting I suppose. Also, two of my nails did not dry completely. I told them and they redid it, only for it to happen again later that night. I won't even bother going back in to have it fixed AGAIN. Not with $65 dollars. read more

I know as an employee when it gets to the end of the day you just want to be done but in the beauty industry I don't think we can allow that. My nails look chunky, lumpy, and crooked. I really just wanted some cute fall nails but now I have to go get them fixed. I don't think the nail tech was in a good mood with me and it just made my experience awkward. Sisi matched the reference photo perfectly and my pedicure was amazing! LOVED this place and the service; definitely my go-to spot here in Iowa now! I've gone here twice now and each time I am disappointed. They get a 1 start because I can always get in right away but that's cause there's never anyone there,first red flag. First time I went the lady cut my skin multiple times leaving me bleeding, during this service they were so dead one of the workers decided to soak her feet in the pedicure chair. GROSS! The last time I went got a fill and only went because my normal salon was closed, I paid more for a fill here then I do for a full set at my normal place. The shape was terrible and uneven leaving me with crooked not even almond shapes. This place is ridiculous and not worth the price, and they are always on the phone.
