Unfortunately, they have now cancelled on me three+ times last minute, and also did the same to my sister. The final straw was after I took responsibility for missing one appointment due to an unexpected family medical emergency -- I owned it, paid the $100 cancellation fee, and rebooked. They then cancelled on me again. To make matters worse, when I came in after their cancellation, the front desk staff member (Danielle) was shockingly rude and dismissive. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary, especially considering I've been a long-time loyal client. I even emailed the owner regarding the cancellation fee and lack of communication and never received a response. Some of the massage therapists here are excellent, which makes this even more frustrating -- but as a business, the scheduling practices and front desk professionalism are simply unacceptable. At this point, I'd recommend staying away. It's a shame, because this place could be great, but reliability and respect for clients matter.

I scheduled them right away since I didn't want to lose them. I scheduled them like 2 weeks apart 1st one, they call & canceled the therapist was out. Second one they called & canceled the therapist was out. They said they would have their manager call me since they had to cancel two in a row. No one ever called. 3rd appointment I bust my butt to get across town fighting rush hour traffic & construction to get there early as they require, only to walk in & be told I'm not on the schedule. No one called to cancel, no one called to make things right etc. I would strongly advise against going to this particular one & I would strongly advise against buying a membership!
