I lost one and had one lifting so I went back to see if they could fix it, which they did and didn't charge which was nice. However 2 days later a different nail came off from me barely bumping it on something, and I noticed because they were lifting, moisture got under my acrylic, and now I have ugly brown spots on 3 of my nails. I went home and soaked off all of my nails to make sure there were no other brown spots, and when soaking off the acrylic I noticed it was coming off super "gummy" which could mean they are using a type of acrylic that is damaging to nails, so I will not be going back.
