I attended this shop with my family after visiting one other shop where we had a much more positive experience. Though I was so excited about this appointment and the dress selection at Love N Bride, we very quickly felt unwelcome. I was notified that I would only be able to try on 5 dresses and was rushed to pick them - so much so that the staff seemed frustrated that I took the time to ask my grandmother, who is 80 and walks with a walker, to help me pick the last of my 5 dresses. While I was trying on dresses, Azie left me in the corner of the dressing room nude as I covered myself with my hands. She seemed far more concerned with hanging up each dress than ensuring that I felt comfortable in the process. She was so rushed to get us through the appointment that she pinched my skin with the dress clips. When my (future) mother in law asked about the color of a white dress - Azie quickly corrected her saying that the dress wasn't white, it was ivory. Her tone was so harsh that I was genuinely uncomfortable. I left Love N Bride without finding "the one" and feeling so discouraged. I am devastated that we went to this shop and so disappointed in not only how I was treated but how my family - particularly my grandmother - was rushed and scolded. Though this experience was months ago and I've since purchased a dress from another shop, I still think about how this shop treated us and felt compelled to write this review to give others a heads up. I'm shocked by the positive reviews for this shop and disappointed that we didn't have the positive experience that everyone else seemed to. We were on time to our appointment, excited to be there, and were incredible kind to Azie and Mitch despite how they treated us. Decided to try this place out after 2 failed dress shopping experiences cause it was close to my work. I cannot say enough great things about this place! It was the best experience! Third times a charm!!! My daughter is timid in nature and Azie made her feel so comfortable! No high pressure sales here! You are able to pick out 5-6 dresses to try on and she actually found "the" dress! What made it even better is that because Azie is the actual seamstress who will be doing the alterations, she was able to show us what modifications could be made and helped us visualize the end product so much better! I had gone to a different bridal shop in Orange earlier the same day and was discouraged about finding a wedding dress 3 months prior to my wedding date. It was such a different vibe coming to this shop as Azie was so helpful and actually listened and took the time to find something that I would love. She is also a seamstress so she can do the alterations as well. This is extremely helpful for me as I just had a baby and I'm still losing weight so it's a little harder trying to get alterations done in time. She actually suggested waiting until closer to my wedding date to do alterations to make sure that my dress fits me perfectly! read more

We can not say enough wonderful things about Azie and Mitch, the owners. We made an appointment for our daughter to try on dresses this past weekend and Azie made it so fun, and made our girl SO comfortable. They carry a range of styles and sizes and they both are SO attentive and SUCH good listeners. There was no pressure, Azie assured our daughter than she could modify/change/add any sleeves or accent or whatever on the dress. She wanted our girl to LOVE her dress. Azie was the BEST! She allowed me to pick out the first few dresses to find out more about my style and then she brought out more for me to try. She offered her opinion and was extremely patient while I tried on dresses multiple times and went back and forth. Azie adjusted the dresses to fit me perfectly during the try-on using pins and clips. I ended up finding SO many beautiful dresses!
