There is nothing I love more than being able to really "escape" when I go to get my nails done. (I can't wait to get a mani/pedi but was trapped with time this day... it seems as if it would be such a serene experience, truly relaxing!) One of the things that continues to stick out to me was Zoe's ability to relate and bring conversation to the table. I'm more of the "leave me alone" while I'm getting my nails done type but when you can talk to someone and relate on a majority of topics; I'm game for conversation. Being a part of the service industry as well; I greatly appreciate someone who also works in it, understands it and respects it. Although it was my first time getting my nails done by Zoe, I held off on my review (even though I wanted to post one right after my appointment to see how the no-chip held up). I am a server, and CONSTANTLY washing my hands along with having a bad case of the hang-nails and still no chips! Not even a scuff! Zoe was more than informative on a number of products to use to try and help and I found that very comforting that she knew what worked and what I was using could be switched and show better results. DO NOT let me forget to mention the online-booking... LOVEEEEEEE IT! No phone calls, no talking, just a few quick clicks and boom you have your appointment followed by a confirmation email! In the end, not feeling rushed to get out of the chair due to someone who walked in and the manager not pushing Zoe to hurry up in order to serve a walk-in instead of finishing my nails was GREAT. I appreciate the reservation service provided, and find that Zoe has embraced her "art" and all that surrounds it. OVERALL..... I will continue to go back and represent Zoe for her hard work and devotion to making sure that every nail looks it's best and her customers are happy!

So, I decided to make an appointment for a no chip mani/ pedi. After, making the appointment I called to make sure I had selected the right services. I called twice no answer. So, I decided to call to make sure. I called twice no answer. I sent a text message explaining the purpose of my call. Moments later I get an email canceling my appointment. I'm not sure how they got the great reviews. But that was totally unprofessional. I wouldn't dare recommend anyone that can't at least answer the phone for their business.

The place doesn't look like much from the outside but once you enter is a beautiful princes fairy garden were you feel pampered and taken care of. This is the first time ever I did not feel like the staff was critical of me in their language which I can always tell in other places. Everyone was friendly and spoke very good English. They have and incredible selection of nail polishes. A lot that I have never seen such as translúcidas or stone like colors. My daughter counted over 2600 different nail polishes!!! Super happy with the service and will definately get my nails done here all the time.
