Based on the reviews, it sounded like they did a really good job, so we decided to give them a try. Threading is only $12 which is a great price. When we got there, we tapped the bell and a lady came out and asked what service we needed. We told her my daughter needed eyebrow threading before her senior pictures. She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.

From my very first appointment, Deepa took the time to really look at my eyebrows, explain their shape and growth pattern, and educate me on what would work best for me. She listens, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure my brows look their best. I've been booking with her ever since, and every visit has been a great experience. As much as I'd love to keep her to myself, she's too good not to recommend!

I have been a customer here for almost two years and have purchased a laser hair removal package…read more Unfortunately, my overall experience with this clinic's scheduling system has been extremely disappointing. Appointments are almost always booked one to two months in advance. If you need to reschedule because of an emergency, your menstrual cycle, or any unexpected situation, you often have to wait another month or even two months for the next available appointment. What finally made me decide to write this review was what happened today. I had already waited an entire month for my appointment and arranged my schedule around it. Just before my appointment, I was informed that it had been canceled because the nurse called out sick. I completely understand that people get sick, and I do not blame the nurse. I also want to recognize the manager. She was very kind, professional, and sincerely apologized. I know this situation was not her fault, and she handled it as well as she could. The real problem is the clinic's staffing and scheduling system. If one nurse is unavailable, there is no backup, and patients who have already waited for weeks are simply pushed to the next available appointment--which, in my case, is not until September. That is simply not acceptable for paying customers. For a clinic that has so many clients and sells expensive treatment packages, I would expect enough staff to avoid canceling appointments with such long delays. My time is valuable too, and I should not have to wait another month because the clinic doesn't have adequate coverage. Over the past two years, I have also noticed frequent staff turnover between different locations, and the quality of treatments has not always been consistent. On more than one occasion, steps during my laser treatment appeared to be rushed or inconsistent, which has affected my confidence in the service. If you are considering purchasing a package here, please think carefully. The price may seem attractive, but if reliable appointments, consistent care, and respect for your time are important to you, this may not be the best choice. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Patients invest a significant amount of money and time in these treatments. We deserve reliable scheduling, adequate staffing, and consistent care--not last-minute cancellations followed by another one- or two-month wait.
