First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. I went in with a little doubt because I had the sad experience of no heartbeat before, but was grateful to see a flicker upon the first wave of the ultrasound wand. I felt so comfortable and at ease and like the tech (Nikki) really made sure that I was able to savor the moment. Thank you again. I pray to come back during this pregnancy.

However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

Upon arrival, they gave me a one-page health survey to fill out, which I did and within 10 minutes they had called me back to the testing area. They had me put my purse into a locked locker (of which I held the key for), and took me into the MRI suite. They had me lay down on the table, and even gave me a blanket as it was a little chilly in the room. The MRI took about 15 minutes to complete and I was out of the office by 8:05am (just 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Perfect. The employees were fabulous and I have zero complaints. Hope I dont have to go back for more testing, but if I do, I'll gladly go to this location.

WS told very sternly by the new office manager that from now on, I have to bring someone with me; that they are short staffed and will not spend the 75 seconds required for the ct scan to sit with me! The office mgr at this location has a lot to learn about customer/patient care. If this were my clinic, she'd be gone. The other issue is that I asked them to print out the films on a cd and mail it to my neurosurgeons office in Phoenix! Not only did the surgeon never receive it, but when I called advanced to see if they sent it out, they said there was no date indicating when it was sent, just says "mailed." Now I know usps has been slow, but it doesn't take 15 days to mail a cd from Mesa to Phoenix! THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INEPT AT ANYTHING. There are plenty other radiographic places to go; why settle for an office that just doesn't care. Definitely will never be going back there.

I saw him and only him at each of my appointments and occasionally he was late (by no more than 25 mins) but you have to realize, he's a doctor and sometimes appts run over due to unforseen circumstances, especially OBs. My delivery went fantastic and Dr. Dowswell made it very memorable (in a good way) considering I was a natural delivery. I would definitely recommend this Dr without hesitation!!!
