First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. I came here to get a special kind of ultra sound called an MSK that is supposed to be aimed at…read moreimaging the musculoskeletal system. However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

Upon arrival, they gave me a one-page health survey to fill out, which I did and within 10 minutes they had called me back to the testing area. They had me put my purse into a locked locker (of which I held the key for), and took me into the MRI suite. They had me lay down on the table, and even gave me a blanket as it was a little chilly in the room. The MRI took about 15 minutes to complete and I was out of the office by 8:05am (just 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Perfect. The employees were fabulous and I have zero complaints. Hope I dont have to go back for more testing, but if I do, I'll gladly go to this location.

I had a ct scan on 10/15. WS told very sternly by the new office manager that from now on, I have to bring someone with me; that they are short staffed and will not spend the 75 seconds required for the ct scan to sit with me! The office mgr at this location has a lot to learn about customer/patient care. If this were my clinic, she'd be gone. The other issue is that I asked them to print out the films on a cd and mail it to my neurosurgeons office in Phoenix! Not only did the surgeon never receive it, but when I called advanced to see if they sent it out, they said there was no date indicating when it was sent, just says "mailed." Now I know usps has been slow, but it doesn't take 15 days to mail a cd from Mesa to Phoenix! THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INEPT AT ANYTHING. There are plenty other radiographic places to go; why settle for an office that just doesn't care. Definitely will never be going back there.

I saw him and only him at each of my appointments and occasionally he was late (by no more than 25 mins) but you have to realize, he's a doctor and sometimes appts run over due to unforseen circumstances, especially OBs. My delivery went fantastic and Dr. Dowswell made it very memorable (in a good way) considering I was a natural delivery. I would definitely recommend this Dr without hesitation!!!

Her name is Tatjana. Her eye contact, genuine smile, internal happiness, genuine empathy, attentive, funny and much more. She made me want to stay at her desk and chat it up! What a winner they have in Tatjana. The staff around her were also friendly, they were laughing together. I also had Jennifer who performed my CT. She was very informative and gentle. She even asked me extensively about what was going on with me; listened and had consultation with empathy. I appreciate everyone here today. I am not well and they made my day better by being themselves.

An hour and a half later, I checked at the desk to make certain I had not fallen through the cracks and was told that the tech was going to be doing 2 DEXA scans first, as they were scheduled appointments and X-rays are just walk in. Another hour wait. If you aren't going to schedule me for an Xray, STOP robo calling me asking me to schedule an appointment. Never again. Never.

Not a great first impression. Online check in and portal was very helpful with saving time at the appointment date. Dr Susan Stein was great. However once I received my mailed bill I noticed a $93 charge outside of my covered well visit. Apparently if you are asked any questions and you answer them beyond your pap then it becomes a secondary charge. Never have I ever in 35 years been charged extra for the SAME 15-30 minute visit. Hormone menopause symptoms are NORMAL concerns for any woman of this age. So when the doctor asks about any symptoms be aware she is checking a box to charge you extra and billing to your insurance outside of the well visit coverage. Also a nurse called me after my mammogram+ results came in from SimonMed. She said I needed to see a cardiologist or specialist because calcifications were "noted" on the report. I received the same report from the lab. Yes, a sentence said any found calcifications were noted on this report. However the following two sentences stated no calcifications were found in left or right side. ‍
