She is so friendly, fun, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable from the moment she walks in. She takes her time with you, never makes you feel rushed, and even asks if there are specific things you're hoping to see during your ultrasound. You can tell that she loves what she does and cares about making these moments special for her clients. We also love that she offers gender reveals and the heartbeat stuffed animals where you can have your baby's actual heartbeat recorded and placed inside the stuffed animal. Such a beautiful keepsake! We got the giraffe! We would absolutely recommend Kristi and Love at First Sound to anyone looking for an elective ultrasound, gender reveal, or just a little extra reassurance and bonding time with their baby. First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. We left with several photos and a video of the moment those TWO babies popped up on the screen. I Love that Little Buns plays such a pivotal moment in my life. Thank you so much Little Buns

However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

She was very knowledgeable in her own right, but also was willing to learn more about something she wasn't an expert on. I usually dread going to any gynecology visits, because you're signing up to be vulnerable in an uncomfortable, dismissive environment. First, when you arrive there is not a typical front desk check-in situation. There are several nurses? assistants? sitting in the lobby (with other patients who are waiting) and they are the ones who check you in. I've seen this in one other office, but it still is a bit weird. You hear their ipads ding and they chit chat... it's just different (maybe cheaper? more efficient?). Next, I am taken back to the room and this is where the loss of star comes in... I assume each room is "themed" (but why??) and my room just so happened to be "Happy Days" themed (again... why??). They purposefully designed and paid for a brand new office to look like it was from a 1970's TV show, with wood panels and a retro sink. I would maybe like this concept at a diner, but at a doctor's office I think I would prefer a more modern approach. I do not want to be taken back to the 70's for my healthcare... So up until the point the doctor came in I seriously considered just leaving and was already plotting my one star review - but, alas, she was pretty great. Cassandra was very sympathetic to my situation, asked how she could help, referred me to options, and was overall just a very authentic and compassionate woman. I've been to other OBGYNs who made me feel stupid and less than and I left feeling hopeful today. Overall, I look forward to continuing to go here and would highly recommend Cassandra.
