I would have wanted everything to be made there but for example the pastas and pasta sauces weren't. And they sell other products from elsewhere. If I'm making a trip here, I'd want to buy things that are primarily made here. They also have several dining options (not sure how they're all related). I was pleased with the food we ordered: huge artichoke calzone (soft dough and good filling) for $22 and fish and chips (excellent fries), as well as a bakery that sells cupcakes, scones, cakes, cookies, brownies as well as gelato. We liked the cookies and scone though the latter didn't have the usual consistency of a scone). It was interesting that their Italian cookies were actually slightly cheaper purchased at the counter vs the already packaged box. They also sell cerreta individually wrapped candies. They have indoor and outdoor seating if you want to eat there. Employees were very friendly. I'm sure it is a more pleasurable experience going when there aren't a lot of crowds, as it is a tourist spot and has overflow parking.

I suppose my recommendation is to find an actual location that utilizes the reward system and only order from them for every single event- that is definitely not our QC location. My mother has told me she has had the same problems and literally drives to farther locations to purchase due to this. Unfortunately, QC is so distant and with the chaos of kids, work, school, volunteer- I just can't and that is just ABSURD. Please fix this- customers shouldn't be subjected to their loyalty based on the franchise location to honor it! If you're going to have a rewards system- make it fair for every customer!
