Specific to the Frederick location. My wife and I had a questionable experience at a totally different medical facility. The midwife at the other facility couldn't find the baby's heartbeat and they sent us on our way with a sonogram scheduled for 11 (eleven!) days later. Sure, eleven days of wondering if your baby has a heartbeat! Wtf?? Love at first sight gave us a super quick appointment with literally less than 12 hours notice and the owner (Jessica) took us in and our fears were alleviated in literally 2 minutes of being there. Jessica took us back into a super comfortable room, found our baby (and it's heartbeat) in about TEN SECONDS, and we were relieved. Absolute highlight of my pregnancy! When I have appointments I don't often get to see my baby nor get any sonogram pictures. So we schedule appointments with Ashley! HANDS DOWN THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY PREGNANCY! I am in month 7 (28 weeks) of my pregnancy as FTM (during a pandemic) so many of the fun experiences I thought I would experience have been thrown out the window. Pandemic or not, Ashley was so excited to see us, she got us right in at our exact appointment, ensure that the space was safe and clean (everyone thankfully wore masks) and we got right to the scan. The scan was SO FUN! I was laughing and crying happy tears the entire time and my husband too was amazed with the technology and seeing such clear pictures of what our little girl was doing inside of me. Mary checked us in and checked our Temperatures at the door and was very kind and welcoming. I loved that we were able to support a small family owned business who really are passionate about what they do. Ashley was so fun during the ultrasound and genuinely so excited for us. Because of the pandemic, my husband has not been able to come into any ultrasounds with me so we heard of "love at first sight" through a friend and i am so happy we did! We chose the gender reveal ultrasound and Ashley had placed it in an envelope so we could share the excitement with family later on a zoom call. She showed us the anatomy of the baby and checked the heartbeat. They also go above and beyond to make sure everything is covid friendly and appropriately spaced out. The environment was clean and they have a great system down. Truly an amazing experience for my husband and I and we will definitely be back.
