I signed up for an eight session laser hair removal treatment; and only received one treatment before the owner decided to sell the company without notifying the customers. Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. However, I haven't received a call and probably won't. I should sue this place.

What was told to me by the receptionist was that my appt only had 10 mins left and that was not enough time to complete the CP service. The person who was to perform my first CP service did not have the common courtesy to come and tell me that I only had 10 mins remaining for my appt. Again, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!! Buyers beware, read your contract bc they will not refund your money in my case $600.00 if you don't cancel within 3 days of your contract. Someone was suppose to call me today and it 1:07 pm - no call back yet. Close this facility down!! I wanted to tone up to get ready for summer and I decided to go in to check out the body contouring services. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the front desk women and she was very friendly and checked me in for my appointment. The waiting room is very cute with soft music playing. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the representative brought me in the back to explain the procedure and get me ready for the first treatment. I went with the BTL service which is a mix of radio frequency and ultrasound. It all was very quick and easy and took less than 1 hour to complete. As they are performing the service it's a little warm on the skin and the pressure is nice. We did some before and after pictures and I was stunned. I feel a lot more comfortable and I think it's led to an overall great perception of myself and had positive effects on my diet as well. All in all I did about 3 treatments to get where I wanted to be. I know everyone is different.
