    Loud talking and laughing by those at the front desk. Very unprofessional. The technician who actually did the MRI was excellent, however.

I was contacted via phone and text to schedule my appointment. The young lady was very nice when I called to schedule my appointment. On 4/19, I arrived and parked in the garage. Patients/visitors get up to 1 hour free to park. I was able to walk to the building, but be careful some of the employees speed leaving the garage. I was in the pedestrian walkway, when several drivers in hospital uniform came flying down the ramp. Once I was inside, I waited to check in. The front desk check in was okay, but it would made my anxiety easy if the lady asked me for both my identification card and insurance card during the check-in process at the same time. I have so many bad experiences when it comes to getting a mammogram. I was called back after waiting for less than 3 minutes and taken back to a room to change from the bottom up and given a gown. I was instructed to sit and wait for the technician to call me back. Michelle called me and took me back to the room. I informed Michelle that I had a bad experience my last mammogram and it left me scarred. But Michelle made me feel good and at ease. Her sweet demeanor and humor eased my anxiety during the process and we all left laughing. I would return for my annual if Michelle is still there.

I paid $54.37 in full at the time of service for an MRI on July 25, 2025, yet I have since been repeatedly billed for an additional $48.94 that I do not owe. The billing department claims they reimbursed my original payment of $54.37, but after carefully reviewing my credit card statements, no such reimbursement was ever issued. When I contacted them, their own representative admitted they could not verify where the supposed refund went, just saying the transaction had been "canceled." Despite providing full documentation proving my payment, they continue to send bills and make collection-style calls. It is incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as a paying patient, and completely unacceptable to be pressured over an incorrect charge caused by their own accounting errors. No one should have to share detailed personal financial records just to fix a mistake on their end. This experience has been time-consuming, stressful, and frankly unprofessional from start to finish. I would not trust their billing practices and would advise others to proceed with extreme caution and possibly go somewhere else.

    Brought my father in to this location for a consultation with a urologist for a procedure. It's…read morelocated on the 9th floor of the professional building. The office was clean but small. Only 4 chairs in the waiting area and not much for entertainment other than a few pamphlets. We arrived and had to park in the pay garage: first 15 min free. After checking in a little early we waited for our 2:30 appointment. The doctor was running behind. So we ending up waiting more than 30 min to be seen. Not too bad but when you have to pay for parking every minute counts. The receptionist was nice and did offer us some refreshments. I declined but my father took them up on the offer and got a ginger ale soda. One we saw the doctor the experience was good. He was through and explained all of the option my father had concerning his recommended procedure from his primary doctor. Other than the extended wait time it was a pleasant experience. We will have to return for the procedure and we are confident we picked the right place. They did validate my parking, so there was no charge. I had forgotten my ticket and left it in the car but the receptionist was so nice that I didn't have to come back. I just called the office and read her off my ticket number and she was able to validate it over the phone. Grade a service.
