During her time as my provider, I had nothing but positive experiences with both her and Clinical Associates. Unfortunately, since her retirement and the subsequent transfer of patients to Andrea Holzman, CNP and now to Tanya Johnson, CNP the quality of care and communication has significantly declined. I have repeatedly attempted to refill a prescription by leaving voicemail messages, sending requests through the patient portal, and having my pharmacy submit refill requests. None of these attempts have received a response. Additionally, my wife has been experiencing the same ongoing issues, and I know we are not the only patients affected. At this point, I am actively seeking a new healthcare facility. I am unsure whether the current provider is overwhelmed or simply not prioritizing patient care; however, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Calls to the front desk routinely go unanswered, and messages left are not returned. This is extremely disappointing given my long-standing history with this practice.

Besides the unprofessionalism, for example, she has hung up the phone on me twice and she also broke the HIPPA laws by providing my son's principal with his personal information. She makes us feel unwanted when we arrive and if I have to ask her for any assistance she blatantly acts as if I am disturbing her. I have asked to speak with the office manager regarding the preaching of the HIPPA Laws and the way she portrays their office as the first face a patient sees or the first voice they hear, but I have only been able to leave a voice-mail or leave a message with the front desk to pass on, and I have never received a respond leaving me to believe they do not care about my concerns. My son suffers from ADHD and Anxiety, and he does not want to switch doctors as change is difficult for him (and me as well) so he tells me he doesn't want to change doctors. I do like the doctor, the nurse Practitioner is awesome and I suggest your go-to. The only other problem we do tend to have often is having them send in my son's medicines refills on time. It is very stressful as he needs them every 30 days, and these are medications that can affect him mentally If he misses even a day.

They had decent reviews and since they are close to a lot of his specialty physicians he wanted to see how that would be. They have a lot of geriatric patients. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone for a new patient. The check in was easy. They have tablets to check yourself in but also have several receptions to check you in the old fashioned way that my father prefers. Everyone was very friendly. He felt comfortable and at ease for this first visit. I like that they have a my chart app and website so my father is able to give other people access so we can monitor his medical status. He can also make appointments and send notes to the doctor and do telehealth visits. Also on site, they have their own labs and imaging facility .

Did not recoeve my normal daily medications and no one seemed to even care to try to get them. Once it was identified that I was a recovering addict I was treated by staff like scum.
