The bartender seemed more interested in watching the women dance rather pouring drinks which was lame. My first time coming to Five Dimes was last summer and we came on a Saturday to hang out with a group of friends. I'm not a huge beer drinker so I opted for the cider which was okay. After the first one, they all start to taste good, right? Anyway, talking to my beer drinker friends that were with me and they didn't exactly love what they were drinking either. I went with the cod special over Seasonal corn. The corn was tasteless. The cod was cooked perfectly although it did lack a little bit of flavor and we shared the iceberg salad for an appetizer, which was good, but nothing special. The prices were reasonable we decided to pass up on the dessert and take a walk down the main Avenue in Westwood and find some ice cream . I believe it was the male owner that did stop by after we finish dinner to check on us. He was very pleasant.
