We have been so impressed with our experiences at Synapse. First, the environment is warm and welcoming with a sense of family. It is obvious that the center truly cares about the children and families. Second, the management and staff are very responsive to all concerns and needs. Early on, I was impressed when my 6 year old daughter was soldering electronic components and using a 3-D laser printer.... Synapse responded to the COVID crisis by offering Virtual Summer Camps which were a life saver for this working mom. The virtual camp was well organized, planned and executed. My daughter loved the classes! And I was so impressed to see the results of her coding and Microsoft Office camps. She actually presented her PowerPoint presentation to my team. All were incredibly impressed. My Senior Director's response was "Soon, I will be working for a 12 year old!" This is especially awesome because this reaction is coming from a Senior Director of a huge, global technology company. Senior managers were impressed that she actually used elements that we rarely see in presentations and that employees could learn from this child. The Synapse Team is doing an amazing job in establishing an impressive foundation of skills for children's future!

I am a helicopter mom and one of my favorite things is being able to watch her on the cameras all day. I also like how detailed the teachers are when I ask questions or even have concerns about other kids' behavior. My child has gone from normal development as a child to being extremely advanced. My child can speak full sentences in Spanish which we don't speak in our household. We've had some great experiences with the teachers as well. Every single one we've had has been phenomenal.

My son was there for 2 days and they completely ignored him and was flinging him around like he was a rag doll. One of the teachers was extremely rude when I asked basic questions about the class. It was like she was upset I was inquiring. Also, they gave me another child's bag but put a piece of paper over the other child's name and wrote my child's name on it. This is very unsanitary especially since we are currently in a global pandemic. If they are short on supplies I could've gave them a bag. I had the WORST experience ever for a first time Mom and first time my child has been to daycare.

I went here to enroll my daughter for GED classes and were met by some really great employees in the front office who explained the whole process and cost to us. They made the process quick and painless. The campus we are using is on Simpson Road across from the jail. It has easy access and a large parking lot with multiple handicapped spots. There is also a bus stop down the road. They also offer several certificate programs that we are going to look into next. Great place to the community.

He is 7 months old currently, but has been attending since he was 3 months old, and the teachers adore him. There are only 4 babies for every 1 teacher and so each baby really gets the amount of love and attention necessary. They engage the children in so many activities ranging from music time to exploration time with toys to arts and crafts (yes, even babies!). They go outside twice a day for at least 30 minutes, if not more, and they are so diligent about feeding him at the right time. If you ever have any concerns, they are very quick and polite to respond, and they constantly update you through the ProCare app. I am also able to view my son through a private live video feed provided by PB&J TV. This daycare is truly a blessing. They do so much to make you and your child feel welcome. My husband and I are considering moving houses and we are really torn up about the fact MFA2 may not be in our driving range anymore. We're considering not moving just so he can stay! Please give this place a chance, you won't regret it!

The staff and administration is truly caring and this is a faith based (but not "Pushy" faith based) school. The building is wonderful and the activity's are great. Our kids love going there, they don't want to leave at the end of the day and all there friends are the same way. In short this is an amazing place and a special one. The owners are on site every day, the chef cooks meals for the kids (vegetarian) and they great teachers and staff. There is, at this time at least a 1 year waiting list, so you need to consider that if your interested it's best to get a tour soon.

I highly recommend this school if your career focus is hospitality, restaurants, and/or events. There's a major for each with a specialized path plus plenty of opportunities for internship and work being located in the tourism heart of Orlando. The campus is beautiful and small so it's hard to get lost. It's designed to look like a resort-ish hotel so you feel like you're learning where you'll be working in the future. I prefer it 10x more than UCF's main campus. The classes are taught by (mostly) great professors that are knowledgable in the industry and have usually worked in the industry themselves. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at this school and it gets more exciting as I go because I'm getting into my hand selected hospitality electives. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the core hospitality classes can get somewhat repetitive, but I guess that really drills information into your head.
