However, you can get your per class rate down to as little as $5 a class if you buy their biggest package, 50 classes for $250. There's another option where you can buy 25 classes for $165, which comes out to roughly $6 a class, or 10 classes for $89, which comes out to a little over $8 a class. If you're just interested in trying it out for the first time, I recommend purchasing their Groupon option of 10 classes for $46. They only allow the Groupon for first-timers, so this will be your best bang for your buck and give you a full experience, and you can go to more than one studio and try out different instructors. They teach Bachata as well if that interests you instead. You'll have to have a little more patience in their Bachata courses, as that is structured a little differently. There's a syllabus, but they don't work off of it in a structured way. Often times, the beginners course will be a mix of beginner and intermediate moves, so it takes a little patience to learn in these courses. The patterns are also constantly changing and incorporate different moves. Some moves get covered once and then you don't see them again for a while. They're still great at teaching Bachata, but you'll need a little more patience to grow in these classes. It's a fantastic studio overall, and it's exactly where you want to be if you're serious about learning Salsa or Bachata. They have a Cha-Cha class too that they teach. Come here and don't look back.

You test out to next level once you have mastered all steps in each class. Teachers are fun and engaging, and you switch partners to get a feel of how others intrepret the dance. Socials are held regularly to give you a chance to put skills to use. Also dvd is availble to practice at home. Parking is tricky depending which direction you are driving from, so allow extra time to be prompt. It really gets no better than this!!!!

She ignored me entirely even though I'm sure she saw my comments on YouTube since she's uploading videos of the current recital. She shouldn't even be a director since she treats people so horribly.

My favorite part is the new, custom floors they made to absorb the shock on your knees and hips from leaping and jumping. The instructors are bubbly and fun. As for COVID, everyone was required to wear a mask when they entered and had their temperature checked at the door. The dancers are spaced out during the lesson and are instructed to like up at the bathroom to wash their hands after each class. I watched the barres being sanitized after every class. I never felt unsafe. 10/10

Prior to joining JMB, we had put in 6 previous seasons with another studio. We were forced to moved due to a work obligation and I happened to stumble upon JMB through some Facebook searches. Immediately into our first season with JMB. I noticed many, many things were not right with this establishment and how it was ran. The toxicity that is created inside of this "family" is disturbing. This "dance studio" has an almost 100% turnover rate since they have opened their doors. This sentence here should tell you EVERYTHING that you need to know about this place. My daughter is the sweetest soul. She is such an amazing little leader. Unfortunately, due to the actions inside of this studio, we needed the help of a professional therapist. I am sure the individuals at JMB are proud of this. Proud that a child needed professional help to overcome the mental abuse she endured inside of those walls. Greed over passion. The above is only a very small percentage of the issues we had in our 15 months of association with JMB. Melissa (the owner) was also the instructor and was very thorough in demonstrating and making sure everyone was safe before proceeding. The studio is impeccably clean even tho there are cats that run the place. Loved that one sat under me the whole class time. Melissa loves what she does and has a great personality. Her customer service skills are excellent which is why my class ended up being 3 hours long but it was a relaxing 3 hours. Definitely got my moneys worth and will go back again and again and again.
