Again do to my fault, I needed the bust of the dress taken in about 1" ( I told her it felt fine when I picked it up). I'm baffled by some of these comments and honestly I'm wondering if they actually went to a different location, because she is solid. She repaired large off-seam rips in expensive yoga pants and they look fantastic - $17 for the repair vs $120 for a new pair of pants. At times she has told me - "I'm not set up to do this job, but you can take it to XYZ shop and they can help,", which I appreciate. She is professional and I think she does pretty much everything on her own, so if you feel like she isn't being nice enough, maybe she is just in a hurry to get back to work (to be clear, that's *not* my experience at all). I have a ton of respect for this business and she's watching her grandkids at times to boot to help family.

When I asked if I can come back later that day for it she said no you need to come back next week. I got the dress a month late, i already got engaged at this point im just picking it up. I was supposed to pay $195 minus the rush fee which she said she agreed to in the end and she somehow charged me $250 basically including the rush fee. I am a seamstress and I would never charge that high to literally just drop the neckline on a ready made dress. Just horrible!!
