Tyler responded immediately to my message and spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me to get my computer up and running again. He was extremely patient and explained everything in detail. After my initial consult Tyler had me download all Windows updates on my own so he wouldn't have to charge me. Today, we connected again and Tyler remotely accessed my computer to remove bloatware and turn things off from running in the background. My computer showed an increase in speed after that. He provided beneficial advice and education in the process. Knowledge beneficial for me as a consumer. Tyler is honest and fair and it was all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Tyler and Durango PC Repair!

I took it to Axxis, and Aaron was an excellent resource. He checked out my car to determine that in fact, there was a factory installed subwoofer in place. However, there was not an amplifier or a chip - I can't remember. In any case, Aaron searched for and found the component needed and the system sounds incredibly better. My thanks to Aaron as he was very knowledgeable, dogged in finding the part that would be compatible, and knew even how to change some code that would have the system accept the now working components. I trusted Axxis, and Aaron to do this more than I would have the dealer. I had asked the dealer twice about this and they looked at me as if I was crazy. "There's nothing wrong with your audio system" I was told. Anyway, for a reasonable cost, I have factory working components! And I have some bass which is excellent!!! I now love my car!

The staff makes you feel like family or friends, they have quality products, and they really spend a lot of time making sure that you have the right equipment, products, and knowledge for what you are looking for. I appreciate that they have two financing companies that they work with, and they are extremely helpful in working with you to get a working sound system in your vehicle. I was able to get set up with financing, make an appointment, and pick out exactly what I wanted super easy. When it came time for installation, they ran into some problems and were great about explaining what was going on and working with me to see what we could do differently while still giving me a deal, and quality service and products. I plan to definitely go back to them again. They're the best!
