Louis Vuitton sales associate Xie provided the best service and knowledge. I recommend Xie!

Xie at Louis Vuitton was the best sales associate. I was in Paris with my daughter on a milestone celebration trip-a very short trip to celebrate her achievements, birthday and entry into university. We made our appointment weeks in advance to make sure we had time to shop. Xie really took care of us. Me, "nothing for me, just my daughter." We had champagne and Xie was patient. So many items were no longer available. I wanted a Fanny pack and a fine piece of jewelry for my daughter. The manager noticed my Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume ring. Of course! 15 years old. (MJ was creative director of Louis Vuitton 1997-2014, he truly enhanced LV's relevance and stature with collaborations of Stephen Sprouts and T. M. )We were so happy with our experience with Xie, the manager, and the staff. Kudos to Louis Vuitton and the service provided.

Absolutely recommend this location! We were lucky enough to work with Claudia, and what a lovely experience. The bag I was interested in wasn't available there, but she wasted no time in having it transported from another store. She also helped me with purchasing a bottle of perfume. We had the bottle engraved with my initials and it will always be a cherished keepsake from my first trip to Paris. She is an excellent client advisor, and I hope to be a returning client of hers.

Minus one star for every fifteen minute increment...well, Yelp doesn't let me count that far down. Between four of us, and in the hundred or so minutes we were in this place (seriously), we managed to buy more things (mostly gifts, natch) than one can count using one's fingers. Well, unless one happens to be the six-fingered man from the Princess Bride. I know what you're thinking--inconceivable! If the first classic blunder is "never get involved in a land war with Asia," only slightly less well-known is this: "never go to a Louis Vuitton with one of the female species." Let alone two. After making stops at the various sights (i.e., dessert tastings at Pierre Herme and Laduree), we made our way back to LV to pick up the purchases. Our saleslady had mysteriously vanished--I imagined she picked up more than enough commission on the day. The moral of the story is this: the next time I see someone who's even mostly dead, I'm going through his clothes to look for loose change.

To you Charlotte.. You were wonderful to work with. We really appreciated your patience and also leaving your guy friend waiting to take you to lunch while working with us for over a couple of hours. We hope we made your day. 55" rolling back (Zephyr); toilette back; expanding wallet with zipper (Zippy Coin); messaged bag (District). What a difference in the service level of this store and the larger store on Champs-élysées. We went to the Champs-élysées store yesterday and the service was horrific.

Worst service ever! Came ready to shop and was ignored and then spoken to diminutively. They clearly do not like Americans at this location. Will spend my $ at Dior, Hermès and Chanel where the service is so great.

Can't sit in store. Can't stand in store. And there's a line to get a salesperson to take your money. Wtf. Don't go here

Took a while to get help in an empty store. Out of many sizes. Waiting too long at the one register in the store.

This is a smaller location compared to the very popular one on the Champs-Élysées, but still very nice.

Great multi brand shop!!!! Great selection of big and Indie designers! Always find something there!read more

When was the last time you rang a bell besides an ominous black door to enter a boutique, then…read moretraveled through a long dark corridor with classical music playing in the background to be greeted by someone who offered you something to drink while you perused the shop's offering? Ummm, never. That's what I thought. And that's what makes this particular L'Eclaireur address one of the most unique and pleasant boutiques to visit in Paris, let alone the rest of the world. I rarely go to this shop because everything there is just too gorgeous and too expensive, but yesterday I was in the neighborhood and stopped by because I've been fantasizing recently over these adorable charms by an LA-based artist named Catherine Michaels that I knew l'Eclaireur carried. Of course the charm that I wanted was one of the pricier of the series, but I've been a very good girl lately and felt like I deserved it. The saleswomen helping were absolutely adorable despite their chic, sophisticated looks. They were so helpful, looking through catalogs to see what was in stock, getting out different strings for me to try my charms on with, marveling with me at how intricate and unique the designs were. It was such a pleasant pause from reality that the purchase happened almost in a blur. But every time I look down now at my fantastic charm necklace I'm thrown back to the experience and am so happy that I decided to ring that bell alongside that ominous door.
