Our experience at this Louis Vuitton was nothing short of outstanding. Yes, there is a long wait time (about 1.5 hours on a Tuesday afternoon) but it was worth it for Kenza and her team.
I purchased a Damier Ébène Neverfull MM with red Interior after having no luck at the Printemps and Lafayette locations (long lines, no inventory, and curt/dismissive sales associates.) At this location, I was able to purchase my bag and Kenza was so accommodating. I originally wanted the Monogram print, but Kenza had a good eye for what I would like so she brought out the Damier Ebene version as well and I ended up falling in love with it. She was also happy to show me other wallets and small leather goods, as I wanted to bring home a gift for my mother. When I was disappointed they didn't have the Zoe in red, she pulled out her magic tricks and voila--red Zoe! I felt so stoked--of course I bought it. She did this while indulging me on all my questions, trying on the bag a million ways, and serving up Perrier. As soon as we mentioned we were here on our honeymoon, she stood up, announced, "Champagne!", and then disappeared and reappeared with two glasses of refreshing champagne. Never once did I feel judged or belittled, which happens often to me in high-end shops just because I don't dress up and I prefer sneakers to heels. She still treated me like a respected guest. That's what I call the concierge experience.
Kenza then expertly wrapped up my precious cargo, ran through the VAT refund process, and had us wait to bring everything out. She even gave a gift receipt for my mom's gift and a separate small bag so I can package it nicely when I return to the States. When we got back to the hotel, we realized she wrote my husband and I a congratulations card for our marriage.
I won't shop anywhere else! I will literally wait to come back to Paris to buy my things. Kenza, merci beaucoup! read more
