Michael absolutely saved us after the winter storm!…read more Our well pump was out at the end of our 825 ft long pipe and the other large well operations in our area didn't want to touch it. We waited 2 months with no one willing to work a possible "fishing job." I had left Michael a message at the beginning and was amazed when he contacted us with "Would you like me to fix your well today?" At this point we felt like it probably wouldn't work but he was convinced he could do it without it becoming a fishing job. He and his crew worked hard and fast, and fixed it all in one long day!! His tenacity truly saved us! And despite working for 2 months straight with no day off, his rates were fairly priced as well! I waited awhile to leave this review hoping he's had some time off since then. He paid attention to detail as he put in the new pump and I'm confident it'll work for a long time. I've since heard others recommend him as well. He's got a loyal following of customers around here.

First off, if anyone owns a business, they need to have Mary at TRDrilling train their customer service people to show them what the original concept of "Customer service" actually means: OLD SCHOOL. Mary should write a book. She is absolutely fabulous: She's in charge, confident, polite, efficient, she knows what she's talking about and she's all about business like Texas is about Barbecue. I own a 2nd property in Boerne. On this engagement, we had our 11 year old pump go out. Without out it the house was basically out of water, even gravity feed didn't seem to suffice. I had Mary on the line and they were out to the house within the hour. She put me in touch with David, the Technician, and he handled all my questions. David showed up, on time, and was in that pumphouse within minutes, with the old pump pulled out. He had the new pump installed and working within the hour. FANTASTIC. My house was back online in literally less than 1 hour. TRDrilling and their staff were informative, professional, on time and ready to get it done. I'm a very happy customer. BTW, Mary, if you write a book, I want a signed copy!

She's friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which already sets them apart from the other well company in Boerne. Scheduling was simple, and when their technicians came out to install a new control box on my well. They knew the equipment inside and out and took the time to give me their opinion on what I should do and they did not try to over charge me with equipment I dont need. I also had a completely separate issue come up later on, and this is where they really earned my loyalty. Alyssa had one of their technicians, Nacho, call me directly, and this guy is outstanding. He didn't rush me, didn't make me feel like I was bothering him, and walked me through the whole thing step-by-step over the phone. The patience, the know-how, and the willingness to help without immediately sending a truck out... that's rare these days. Nacho deserves real credit. After dealing with the other main well company here in Boerne, I know I won't be calling anyone else from now on. Highly recommend.
