I called Michael late on a Sunday night as our booster pump was not turning on. He spent about 20 mins talking me through the troubleshooting process and help me find the root cause. Michael absolutely saved us after the winter storm! Our well pump was out at the end of our 825 ft long pipe and the other large well operations in our area didn't want to touch it. We waited 2 months with no one willing to work a possible "fishing job." I had left Michael a message at the beginning and was amazed when he contacted us with "Would you like me to fix your well today?" At this point we felt like it probably wouldn't work but he was convinced he could do it without it becoming a fishing job. He and his crew worked hard and fast, and fixed it all in one long day!! His tenacity truly saved us! And despite working for 2 months straight with no day off, his rates were fairly priced as well! Our well decided to go out just after 5 on Friday evening. After trying to get a hold of our usual well place and getting no return call after several messages between Friday night and Saturday morning. I decided to call MAP and was impressed right away that I was transferred to an on call person. (Keith) answered right away and made it out to our house within a couple of hours or less of hanging up. It ended up being our pump saver that went out and Keith replaced it and had our water back on super quick. I felt the price of the after hours call and the part/labor were both really reasonable. We've had an intermittent issue with water pressure off our well. Naturally it quit on the evening of 7/3. Got ahold of Michael after hours and he was out of town. I used two other well service companies and was ignored by another before I called Map Well service. I wish I would have called Map well service first. They were able to fix my well in a day and a half when other companies tried to work on it for 3 and 2 days with nothing to show but a Broken well and large invoices to pay. My well, which was not installed by MAP, was not functioning and this was discovered on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning just after 8am I called MAP and left a message which was returned by MAP technician AC before 8:30am and he advised he would arrive in the afternoon after he completed the job he was working on. AC arrived at about 3:30pm on the Saturday afternoon and got the well functioning and also repaired some leaking pipe joints all for a very reasonable cost. Having a company such as this being available for an urgent repair on a Saturday was very beneficial. AC also took the time to explain the problem.
