He has a very efficient team which delivered the material a day before and started the work next day from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm with a crew of 16 workers. During the process, Tim was making sure that the nails did not accidentally puncture my AC lines; the heater vents were properly aligned after the job. They did the routine protection of all my shrubs and cleaned up neatly. Before starting the work, Jim asked for 1/2 of the payment which was a bit unexpected but was reasonable. The other half was paid after the work was done and inspected by Jim the next day. Accidentally, they broke my front door lamp but Scott was fair enough and paid me for an equivalent replacement of my choice as the original model was discontinued. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience with Mammoth, especially all the friendly people I had dealt with.
