Been here a couple of times, and this place never disappoints! Everything we tried was really good. The restaurant is on the smaller side and can get pretty loud. They have TVs playing K-pop music videos, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet and intimate, this probably isn't the place. This place is very lively and loud just like the name (in a good way). That being said, all the staff were super friendly and attentive. They kept checking in on us to make sure everything was good and that we had enough water. We had the kimchi carbonara, Korean fried chicken, mentaiko pasta, and uni pasta. Out of all the pastas, my favorite was definitely the kimchi bacon udon carbonara. The uni and mentaiko pastas were also good, although I remember them being a little salty. My friend got the corn cheese for $16, which is lowkey expensive for what it is, and honestly, it tasted like any other corn cheese. The stir-fried baby octopus with pork belly was another standout and one of our favorites! They also have a seafood boil, which we definitely want to try next time we're in town. It was around 12:19am when we got seated and there was still a good amount of people dining inside. Anyways, we got the Mexican Influenced Tacos (Cheese Booldak & Kimchi Steak) for the tacos and also a Shrimp Rose Pasta. The pasta dish was my fave! It was very flavorful and I liked how thick the noodles are, while the tacos were good too and I liked being able to choose the tacos we wanted. Went here with my husband and his coworkers, and we were able to reserve a table for our large party, which was great! There were so many food options to choose from. We ordered the soy garlic wings, pasta mentaiko, and garlic noodles with shrimp, and honestly, we enjoyed everything we got. The pasta mentaiko was definitely my favorite! Louders is a fun spot to get the weekend started! You step in and everyone is having a great time drinking, chit chatting, or immersed watching K-pop on the many TVs they had. We got here Friday evening for some drinks and Korean comfort food. Parking wasn't terrible but we did have to walk a few blocks. The servers were friendly and attentive and got us the beer and soju we ordered quickly. The drinks were yummy and easy to go down, it paired really well with the hearty food that came with it. The food came out hot and fresh. The kimchi pancakes were nice and crispy on the outside and had a nice chewy center with tangy crunches of kimchi. It balanced very well with the sauce they had, I liked it a lot. We ordered the honey nutty butter wings, it was fried well and came with a couple of tteokbokki. Personally it was a bit too sweet for me, I was craving some heat or acid to balance out the sauce. From the name I thought it would be a nutty sauce, but it was coated in honey butter and the nutty part was just a couple slivers of nuts sprinkled on top. After spending the morning in Korea town, we planned to grab lunch at Louders. My stepdaughter was craving their Mentaiko garlic pasta and their signature Spicy Bacon Udon Carbonara. We had both of those along with some calamari appetizers, fried chicken wings, and kim chee tacos. The pasta dishes were delicious, but also very rich, so the spicy kim chee tacos helped to cut thru all that richness. The Mentaiko pasta came with two shrimp, which were good, but came with shell on and weren't cleaned, so be aware to either clean then or be ready for some grit. Louders is definitely a popular spot, with almost all of the 10 tables full by 1pm; with many of them on their second turn. I've been to Louders a few times but am only just getting to write this review now! Between their food, service, and ability to accommodate a large party while retaining the quality of both food and service (there were 9 of us!), they deserve the full five stars. They're usually super busy, especially on weekends, and the restaurant gets LOUD. They do a good job with managing the crowd, and it was surprisingly painless to get a big table. We ordered arguably too much food, but the standouts were the Stir-Fried Baby Octopus and Pork Belly, the Uni Pasta, the Kimchi Bacon Udon Carbonara, and their Vietnamese Chili Butter Wings. Everything is a shareable size - though a very hungry and focused person could probably solo the uni pasta. You could definitely share 1-2 plates with two people, or 3 with 4 people, especially if you're ordering things like the octopus and pork belly or the chicken booldak with cheese. Stir fried baby octopus and pork belly was the perfect mix of spicy, umami, crispy, and tender. I couldn't stop eating that or the uni pasta, which was creamy and perfectly cooked. The kimchi bacon udon carbonara was delicious, but I think the uni pasta was better. Still, it was fabulous and rich and very unctuous. I think the bacon makes it verge on a little too salty. But goodness, it's so good. I'm also big on Korean fried chicken, and I love the wings here. I usually get soy garlic (and we did today as well) but I have to say, the Vietnamese Chili Butter flavor was even better. The combo of nuoc mam and thai chilis is ADDICTING on the crispy, juicy chicken. We also got the chicken booldak, which was very yummy, cheesy, and potatoey, but I would pick the baby octopus/pork belly between the two. The bulgogi is also delicious, but a little tough tonight (it's usually bang-on). Both were good, but not the best thing on the table. The cajun shrimp was decent, but I probably won't get it again unless we're doing a hard commit to a seafood boil combo moment. Fries are good, but get them cajun spiced. Calamari is good. Parking sucks - valet only but at least it's $5. It gets PACKED though. We came on a Friday night around 7pm. Honestly, this is probably one of my favorite pochas in K-town, period. I came here once in 2022 and I went again in 2026 on new year's day and the food is simply amazing. The kimchi udon carbonara is just amazing - I really need the recipe to this dish because it's just such so creamy without being too much.
